After learning we were not going to get out of SLC and had to spend the night, we were given hotel vouchers to stay here. The staff was SO friendly and accommodating - nicer than the double-the-price hotel we'd just stayed in downtown. The rooms are clean, well appointed, and the bed was super comfortable! I just couldn't get over how nice the staff was!!!

Jose was a great driver. Very friendly and willing to heft our very heavy bags without complaint. We love that Sonesta is so close to the airport and has the best, quick shuttle. Also a great place to stay.

The staff was just the nicest and friendly and most helpful I have experienced- justin help me with some papers, staff had great food recommendations as well- I enjoyed the room, amenities and parking was easy for my long bed truck!

Excellent airport shuttle service .. thank you for the parking ease and friendly driver named Erica … fast service too .. park in parking lot of the hotel and just check in with the front desk. Had the shuttle to myself too

I have to be honest, I didn’t stay the night here. My company told me the wrong hotel! BUT Leilani went above and beyond to help me find a hotel. This experience alone would prompt me to stay at Sonesta in the future - business or personal.
