Not only no pets, which is such a rarity and so hard for us allergy sufferers to find, but... The pool is the bomb, actually big enough to stretch out. There is bubble-jet hot tub right next to the pool. SO refreshing after a long drive! There is world-class Chinese food right across the street at Mandarin. There is a great grocery store across the street. Plus, many nice little restaurants & coffee shops within a block of the hotel. AND... it is only 90 minutes of lovely scenic driving to get to Bryce Canyon via the back way or 75 minutes of boring dives to either Bryce or Zion Canyon via I-15. Lots of other scenic locations around. Very good breakfast buffet with plenty of hot and cold options. Unbeatable place to stay.

The first room smelled absolutely horrible and the second was rough but they had already moved us and there weren't other suites available (supposedly).
Old, poor lighting, terrible room decor / anesthetic with dated fake foliage. The whole place felt dirty and cheap.

There are better and cheaper hotels around. I usually stay at best western but this one was a bad choice. Staff were more interested in texting on their phones than helping us. Hotel very dated and needs a refresh.

The desk clerk was very nice and seems to be there 24/7.
Cedar Chest Quilters retreat was only 2 blocks away. I would like to order warmer weather for next visit. 🤪 And having Sizzler next door was a plus.

I travel this way every couple of months and always stay here. Good prices for a quiet, clean, centrally located place with a good bed. The real pleasure though is the charming staff in the breakfast room. The ladies are always smiling and welcoming and attentive. Such a nice way to start the day. They vary the breakfast menu through the week and I love it when they serve chorizo and eggs. I missed that day this time but I’ll be back in a few weeks.
Room tip: It’s walking distance from a great pizza parlor on Central ave.
