Review of The Gonzo Inn

My husband and I stayed here in 2020 when we visited Arches NP so, of course, based on our previous excellent experience we chose to stay here again when we visited Canyonlands NP in late 2023. We were very happy with our stay again! The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The location is fantastic. No matter who was at the front desk the person was kind and attentive and thoroughly answered any questions. The fruit infused water in the lobby was refreshing. It is also wonderful that a military/veteran discount is offered. This time the cafe downstairs was open. Back in 2020, breakfast vouchers were instead provided for certain local restaurants. The staff at the cafe downstairs were lovely and the coffee drinks and food were delicious. Whenever we are back in the area we will be sure to stay at The Gonzo Inn again!

Best Dog Hotel in Moab, UT

This hotel is set up wonderfully for dogs. There was a large dog area for walking and playing with trails around the creek. I work with a rescue and transport dogs all over the western US. It is very quiet, clean and the personnel were awesome.

Needs some updates

Getting long in the tooth. Rooms and grounds/exterior need some work. The property is showing it's age, but is a Moab classic. Cafe Italiano is expensive and poorly managed. Maybe they were powering down for the winter.

We were there 20+ years ago - in a nicer room. The Gonzo Inn is still a charming place, quite fitting for the locale.

In spite of the negatives, we would still come back!

Good experience. Great for the price!

December is low season but this is not a reason for us to power down and we give same and individual service to our guests. We would like to hear from you while your stay. Great stay

Bed is super comfortable. Nice cozy stay! Stayed with my wife and two dogs. Has an electric car charger that is free. Very polite staff. Would for sure stay there again when we are back in town. Very central to everything.

Great time at the Gonzo

Great place to stay for you and your pups! Rooms are clean, staff are very friendly. Great location that’s right next to a walking trail for pups. In addition, right off of Main Street so close to shopping.

Very nice place with friendly staff.

Excellent place to bring your dog. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Property is clean and very well designed with an artsy feel.
Breakfast Panini is delicious.
I absolutely recommend The Gonzo Inn.

Room tip: You can hear everything next door, is you have a room with adjoining door.
