We stayed for one evening 10/30/21. Overall the room was great, front desk service was ok at best. Room appeared clean as most Marriott's do and are, but 2-3 days removed from our stay our daughter started to get many what appeared to be bites on her leg. In doing a few searches it appeared to be most likely bug bites. We hadn't been anywhere else but home and have no issues within our house and this has never been an issue before so it had to come from the hotel.
The management (Brady) sends you an email inquiring about your stay and if there were any issues to let them know before posting. I did that clear back on 11-4-21 and to date no reply. If you are really worried about your reputation, you'd be inclined to reply one would think?
So at this point I have no choice but to post a negative review, mainly due to service by their general manager/assistant manager, and the fact that my daughter had bed bug bites all up and down her leg.
Location is great, property seems well kept, but at this point unless there's a reply and some acknowledgement from their outward concern, on principal I'll never stay at that location again and we do frequent Logan for various reasons.
