The Staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. Hotel is in a great location. Very clean and comfortable facility. Quiet location just off one of the main streets in town. Will definitely stay here again.

Review of SpringHill Suites by Marriott Logan

The hotel overall was nice and beautiful. My kids and I loved the size if the rooms. However, my room was on the 2nd floor, and I'm assuming above the pool because our room smelled of chlorine, and was incredibly humid the whole time. The worst part was the floor above me had the constant running around, and noise (a total of 6-7 hours between night/morning) I complained a few times with no luck of getting anywhere. However, Heather was incredible and really took care of my concerns. They do not inform you about the cost of incidentals when you check in, so I called to address the charge on my account. Addie was so helpful as well, and answered all my questions. The breakfast was not good at all though. The waffles were nice but it seemed like a standard, greasy, cheap breakfast. Plus, when on a vacation, you want to sleep in. The fact that a breakfast that is not great, closes at 9:30 on weekends, and 9 on weekdays wasn't a plus. Overall, Ill probably be back, just due to how wonderful the staff was.

I have spoken with maintenance about the smell in your room so it can be addressed. I wanted to let you know that we are listening to our guests and our adjusting breakfast hours on the weekend to end at 10:00 am. I apologize that you had issues with the guests above you. When you come back please feel free to request a top floor room and we will do our best to accommodate you. This should help with some of the issues you experienced. I'm coming from Vegas... I had to run up here to Logan UT to pick up my grand kids,
It was a last minute thing.
I stayed at Springhill suites first time...OMG the room was just gorgeous, very clean & comfy my type of stay... I love it 👍❤

We stayed for one evening 10/30/21. Overall the room was great, front desk service was ok at best. Room appeared clean as most Marriott's do and are, but 2-3 days removed from our stay our daughter started to get many what appeared to be bites on her leg. In doing a few searches it appeared to be most likely bug bites. We hadn't been anywhere else but home and have no issues within our house and this has never been an issue before so it had to come from the hotel.
The management (Brady) sends you an email inquiring about your stay and if there were any issues to let them know before posting. I did that clear back on 11-4-21 and to date no reply. If you are really worried about your reputation, you'd be inclined to reply one would think?
So at this point I have no choice but to post a negative review, mainly due to service by their general manager/assistant manager, and the fact that my daughter had bed bug bites all up and down her leg.
Location is great, property seems well kept, but at this point unless there's a reply and some acknowledgement from their outward concern, on principal I'll never stay at that location again and we do frequent Logan for various reasons.

Little detail mean a lot for me. I was in a Rush to leave and I need a printout out of my air ticket. Bradley immediately help me to get my air ticket printed out. The service and cleanliness of the room was excellent also
