We were very pleased with this hotel. The room was nice with a separate area that had a large comfy couch. It provided some privacy from the part of the room with the beds. The toilet was in a separate room as the bathroom and this was both convenient and not. Convenient in that I could finish getting ready in the smaller bathroom while someone else took a shower. The one drawback was the shower floor was very slippery. Not sure if it was due to lack of cleaning or that the hotel seemed to have soft water. The hotel should think about replacing the shower floor with some kind of non-skid surface. The breakfast closed at 9, we thought the front desk told us 10 so we barely caught the last part of it while they were taking away the food. Overall, we would recommend.

This hotel has been my ‘Go To’ as I’m comfortable with the layout and level if security. The staff are attentive and accommodating. The room was clean and without issues. The bathrooms are unique with a separate toilet with sink from the shower and another sink…convenient to allow families. I will return to this hotel again.

I had a group using the hotel as well as the conference center, with several large meals.The staff and servers were attentive, informed, and very hospitable during our stay. I would recommend them as the preferred place to stay when in Logan.

I'm not a fussy person but I expeccted better for the cost. The shower floor was badly stained so it looked dirty. We couldn't find any tissues. Breakfast was awful. Everything that should have been hot was barely luke warm, if that. We didn't try the waffles, I guess we should have. They would have been hot. There was a nice selection of food but there was only one yogurt for three of us that wanted it. And they had CNN on the TV, ugh. The couch in the room was unbelievably uncomfortble. Desk chair was also uncomfortable, so no place to sit. Maybe if my legs were 5 feet long I could have sat on , the couch, or if I had enough pillows to put behind me and there was only one long skinny one. I am 5'3' Short but not terribly short. I guess it was a sofa couch?
The beds and linens were nice and it was quiet, only in the sitting area could we hear neighbors. We were on the end towards the common parking and access road to restaurants in the area. No street noise. rm 106. Staff was helpful but didn't seem to care that the breakfast was cold. They did provide me with a forgotten tooth brush, thank you.
For what we paid I thought it would be really nice. Next time we will go some place different for sure.

The hotel overall was nice and beautiful. My kids and I loved the size if the rooms. However, my room was on the 2nd floor, and I'm assuming above the pool because our room smelled of chlorine, and was incredibly humid the whole time. The worst part was the floor above me had the constant running around, and noise (a total of 6-7 hours between night/morning) I complained a few times with no luck of getting anywhere. However, Heather was incredible and really took care of my concerns. They do not inform you about the cost of incidentals when you check in, so I called to address the charge on my account. Addie was so helpful as well, and answered all my questions. The breakfast was not good at all though. The waffles were nice but it seemed like a standard, greasy, cheap breakfast. Plus, when on a vacation, you want to sleep in. The fact that a breakfast that is not great, closes at 9:30 on weekends, and 9 on weekdays wasn't a plus. Overall, Ill probably be back, just due to how wonderful the staff was.

The condition of the carpet was pathetic. Stains were present throughout the suite. I do not blame this on housekeeping since the suite was clean. In my opinion this is a room maintenance issue. In addition, the AC did not work well. The room temperature started out at 84 F and after 19 hours made it down to 81 F. This was after several attempts by the staff to fix the issue so a fan was provided. The manager did her best to fix the issue and decreased my bill. The hotel was full and there was not a comparable room to move to. Marriott is usually synonymous with quality. In this case, it totally missed the mark and I consider the owner/property manager to blame for an overall terrible experience. I'll stay somewhere else next time.

The front desk staff were polite. The old guy filling the breakfast room was very rude telling my three year old to “MOVE” The dining room had water pouring literally pouring in through the lights and ceiling. Pool was closed for remodeling which is funny because you think they would fix the roof first. Wasn’t told the pool was closed so had very disappointed kids. Room heater didn’t work we turned the thermostat to 73 degrees the heat wouldn’t go above 66 degrees all night. Won’t be returning for awhile if ever.

My family really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was very clean and the beds are very comfortable. We loved swimming in the pool and we were excited that they had the hot breakfast open. Staff was personable and efficient. Location was also great as there are many restaurants that are within walking distance.

This is a relatively new SpringHill Suites model, and the standard accommodations work just great. However, for the past 2 weeks, only one of their two elevators has been functioning. This causes long delays during peak hours, especially when the hotel is full. While I heartily recommend it for a visit to Logan, it would be prudent to confirm in advance that indeed both elevators are working. If one is out of service, I'd look to stay elsewhere.

This hotel could use some "sprucing" up. My room was a suite with a corner fireplace. The TV over the fireplace was so small on a huge wall that it was difficult to read the channel numbers. The room was clean but the floor of the shower was so stained that it looked dirty. The sofa was a little worn and not comfortable to sit on.
