Awful dated accommodation rude reception staff breakfast very basic not nice at all pool area not big enough for size of hotel our room was above the kitchens couldn't sit out for cooking smells .all in all I would not go back to these apartments

Nearly at the end of our stay,sad to go home! Cannot say enough about this Hotel. Our room on first floor overlooking the pool no 110, was exactly what we had requested. Our cleaning ladies were the best, thanks Patricia and all of you. Cannot understand criticism of the breakfast, always plenty and choice. The restaunt staff were very friendly.
We were very happy with the reservation and reception team, nothing was too much trouble, thank you Daniel and everyone.
We have already booked for January 2024 an d look forward to seeing all our friends again.

We had a one bedroom apartment on the second floor overlooking the pool.
The apartment was very spacious with a full kitchen.
The apartment was spotlessly clean, well done housekeeping.
Plenty of wardrobe space. Comfy bed with lots of pillows.
Lovely big balcony with the sun most of the day.
We stayed bed and breakfast and the food was fine.
The apartments are very central to all the bars and restaurants but far away enough to be peaceful.
The only negative was that our tour operator advertised no hen or stag parties but there were two whilst we were there so a bit noisy around the pool some days. Would imagine they booked independently. On the whole would definitely stay there again.

We have stayed here on 4 visits and find this hotel outstanding - staff are very friendly and the hotel is spotlessly clean in all area - the pool bar is efficient and snacks can be ordered during the day - it is in positioned in the heart of Las America’s near to major bus stops to get around the island and a short walk to all the shops and bars on the sea front - the hotel also has a small car park for those wishing to hire a car - safety deposit boxes in all rooms and free Wi-Fi - good range of local tv and German and UK stations - highly recommended
