9 of us shared 3 apartments. No problems with accommodation. All modern and clean. Maid service everyday. Pool area well looked after although charging 1 Euro per mattress for loungers everyday soon adds up for 9 people. Breakfast was average. Bacon was not edible & no mushrooms on menu. 40 euro deposit for a safe that is retuned to you so no charge. Overall was pleased with the Andorra and would go again although we wouldn’t pay for mattresses and would book room only and eat out at the many other places serving good quality breakfast.

we returned to this hotel after a previous stay in 2018. Beforehand i emailed to let the hotel know that my husbands mobility wasn't great and they replied right away. We were allocated room 005 just down from reception and it was perfect. The room had a bath which was easy to get in and out of with handrails situated around it. it also had an over bath shower which was amazing. the pressure was so good it was like a power shower. The room was very airy with a small kitchen and a balcony which looked out onto an ornamental garden and although it faced the main road we were not disturbed by any noise. We had a bit of a problem with our fridge but within 10 mins of reporting it the handyman was there and it was fixed. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis and although there have been reports about the breakfast being basic i don't know what people are looking for from a breakfast. there was always plenty of everything and refreshed regularly. I am gluten free and this was easily accommodated. everything has the allergens noted above it and whenever i asked, a beautiful gluten free breakfast pack was brought to me. The rooms were cleaned on a daily basis with fresh towels. The 2 pools are beautiful with plenty of loungers and umbrellas and a poolside bar. very close to all amenities and just a short walk to the beach. Lovely quiet hotel and will definitely be back

We have stayed at the Andorra three times now and have already booked for 2023 so it comes highly recommended. For a three-star hotel it's in very good order and is very well maintained. The staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. We always book a superior room and these have very good facilities (TV,cooker, fridge, toaster, kettle and sepertae seating area with balcony). There are two swimming pools both with childrens pools attached and these are cleaned every single day. The location in Playa de las Amerocas, (as has alreay been said), is that it is ideal for easy walking distance to Los Christianos and Costa Adeji yet is not directly in the vicinity of some noisy bars so is still peaceful in the evening. What would give this an excellent rating? The restaurant serves good quality and varied dishes but how nice it would be to have a Tapas evening serving traditinal Spanish food once per week? More sunbeds around the pools and/or enforcing the 'No Reserve' policy would be welcomed too. By 10 am many sunbeds are festooned with towels yet their owners will dissapear for, sometimes, hours and hours which is just unacceptable.

Friendly staff clean rooms good breakfast. bathrooms could do with updating { walk in showers } Safe update to key pad operated instead of key which has to .be carried around. Good location close to bars and restaurants.

This was our 8th visit to the Andorra. It is in a perfect location, 5 mins to prom at end of street, turn right for Las Americas and left for Los Cristianos and its little streets. The staff in the Andorra are so friendly and helpful, they cannot do enough to make your stay as pleasurable as is possible. The cleaners are always on the go so the place is always spotless. Hence we will definitely return at the first opportunity. There is a mercadona supermarket 7 mins walk up the street, and another supermarket straight accross the road. This is a little more expensive than the mercdona but convenient for water and milk. There is a launderette next door to this supermarket which is ideal.

So where do I start... Hotel Public areas very clean and staff all very friendly. Everyone wore their masks in the public areas & lifts. I booked a 1 bedroom superior apartment. I was given room 409, 4th floor apt over looking the pool & you could see the sea as well. The apartment was lovely. Kitchen area if you wanted to use that was very modern fully equipped, the bathroom had a shower over the bath, this was perfect as I prefer a bath. The bedroom had fitted wardrobes, there was 2 single beds pushed together. As I was holidaying on my own this was fine. I booked half board. The breakfast was everything u could possible want from cereal, to fruit, to croissants or toast. Bacon, eggs, beans, sausage. You could even make your own pancakes. Evening meal was OK, I've had better but there was something I liked that I could choose from. Swimming pool area, this is where unfortunately I need to have a moan at. Opens 10am - 7pm. People actually started to queue at 09:30 for a sunbed. The man that opens the pad locked gates every day always started from the right hand side, so if you was in a queue at the left you had no chance of getting a sunbed. The same people got the sunbeds in the sun and put their towels on every day, as the way the sun comes round half the pool area didn't fit the sun till about 12:30. My annoyance is that those that got the beds in the sun didn't sit on the sunbeds, they disappeared for an hour or 2. The lifeguard did nothing even though there is a note up saying you cannot reserve sunbeds. Anyway apart from having to run each day to get a sunbed my stay at the Andorra was great. I'd definitely recommend it....

We always book 4* and above hotels/apartments. This seemed excellent going through trip advisor and we decided to take a chance....we were not let down at all. We stayed in the main building and paid an extra €200 on arrival for a room we booked with an extra large balcony with loungers. Everything was perfect and was better than some 4* apartments we have stayed. Brilliant value for money. Room was spotless, cleaned with fresh towels every day. Staff were helpful and friendly. Great location. Never used pool area since we had the large balcony but room overlooked and it was lovely and clean looking. Breakfast was included which was very average but something for everyone. Would return to this hotel 100%.

A group of 14 of us stayed at the Andorra for a family holiday. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are lovely and spacious . The location is perfect close to the beach and shops. Cleaners , Waitresses and bar staff were very friendly however we found the staff at reception very rude at times. The breakfast was basic very little choice , food not replenished and there was no cups or cutlery on the tables most mornings. Food at the pool snack bar was good with lots of choice and very reasonably priced. We were instructed to go back to our rooms after 11pm and were not permitted to sit in the lobby after this time, As a group of 14 adults of mixed ages between mid 30's to 70's we would have liked to be able to gather for a chat or play a game of cards somewhere but this was not allowed . A security guard blocked the seats in the lobby at night which was very intimating. You need to pay €10 deposit to rent towels which will be returned when you hand back the token at check out (which is fine) but the staff refused to return the €10 after handing back the token upon check out -this is just another issue we encountered. I would not recommend this hotel for families or a group holiday more suited to older couples .

Myself and 13 friends stayed here for my recent stag weekend and we could not have had a better stay. The check in process was quick and easy for a large group and the superior apartments were spotless and as described. Reception notified us on the 2nd day of a noise complaint one of our rooms received but couldn’t have been more fair and reasonable and we had no other issues after this. We spent plenty of time at the pool and kept noise levels down so as not to disturb other guests and the poolside bar is as cheap as anywhere else on the island. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back!

Another great stay at the Andorra. The hotel was spotless as usual but with the addition of sanitiser out side of the lifts on all floors, masks to be worn in public areas and one way in and one way out at the main entrance. New loungers around the pool since our last visit and good drinks and snack deals from the poolside bar. We booked a "penthouse" apartment which has a huge balcony with amazing views and booked direct with the hotel which gave us some freebies in the room, fresh pool towels and was just about the cheapest way of staying. You best bet is to meet them outside and bring them in. The hotel has no entertainment area. During the day there is pool bar and in the evening there is a bar in the reception area. You old take them up to your room and have drinks on the balcony. Just be mindful of other guests.
There are fresh towels every day just put used one's in the bath. The kitchen has tea towel, but there is no washing up liquid. Supermarket just round the corner. I just filled a small bottle up of liquid before went there.
There are more places to choose from in the Playa de las Americas area.
