Once again had a brilliant stay at this hotel. No complaints at all ,everything was excellent as usual. Stayed in a superior room, superb service by reception abd the rest of the staff which made our stay very enjoyable once again

Excellent small hotel I have stayed here with my young family years ago , and now again with my grandson and his mum and dad It’s a great place for families looking for a economical holiday It’s clean and well presented It does what it says on the tin The staff are very friendly and helpful

Stayed here for a week in January, spotless clean and In a good area for bars , restaurants and shops , will definitely stay again, only had snacks round the pool but the food in the restaurant looked good

We returned to the Andorra for our second visit in 2021, this time for Xmas. Again we loved our stay and can't wait to return again.
This is not a 5 star hotel, but it punches well above it's weight in the accommodation stakes. Ever friendly staff and wonderful cleaners (they really are the unsung heroes of this place) keep the place spotless and cheery. The new lifeguard was a fun and very engaging guy and the pools were both very clean and good, albeit rather cold at this time of year!
Breakfast was it's usual basic self. Coffee, bread,cereals and fruit were all lovely, but the hot food leaves a lot to be desired if you are a Brit. Typical Spanish, I'm afraid, but it really is a small criticism of the Andorra overall. The pool bar does, however, provide a brilliant Club Sandwich! Cheap and huge.
Rooms are wonderful. Spacious, air conditioned and with good kitchen facilities. Also a free safe (€40 refundable deposit).
Well worth a visit for it's price and location.
Room tip: Main building and pool view.

We have just returned from a fabulous stay at this hotel over Xmas and new year. We have visited tenerife each year for 20 years and have stayed at many hotels/apartments. This accommodation will be our home away from home for future visits and we have already booked for a return stay for the same time next year. The rooms are modern and comfortable and meet every need with lovely bathrooms comfortable beds and English tv. The location is fabulous short walk to the beach, next to the lovely safari centre and an abundance of restaurants and bars very close by. The pool areas are lovely. The hotel is spotless and maid service, with a smile, daily. The customer service is some of the best we have ever experienced and a special thank you to Daniel the reservations manager who gave 100% in ensuring our stay was absolutely perfect. Thank you Andorra and can’t wait to return again next Xmas and hopefully before 👍
