The reception staff, maintenance,chefs, bar, waiters & waitresses, cleaners are all so lovely and attentive to your needs.
A good variety at breakfast everyday.
A menu is available throughout the day which is very reasonable and cooked to perfection.
The pool areas are lovely and very clean,
Ideal place for a perfect place to stay and would definitely return here.

I can't praise this hotel highly enough. It's a mini paradise just a few steps from the bars and restaurants of the Yumbo but so quiet and serene. The pool is beautiful and there are plenty of sunbeds for everyone. My initial room was not to my taste (see photos) but there was no problem being moved. The whole place was spotlessly clean and the staff could not have been more helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and everything was fresh. A minor issue for me as a vegetarian was that eggs were cooked on the same hot plate as the meat, so I didn't have a freshly cooked egg for breakfast during my stay. I mentioned this to the reception staff at the end of my holiday and they told me I should bring that up if (when) I stay there again and they will sort that out. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Playa del Ingles.
