I stay here quiet frequently on Mondays for work, must say I love it here! The rooms are nice and clean, comes with fridge, microwave, and coffee nice and convenient. Front desk staff are so polite and courteous and awesome to chat with! Breakfast is lots of choices and very good. Always look forward to staying here when my company puts me up for the night.

This is a great place to stay. Very comfortable rooms with a drive up outside door on the first floor. The staff were excellent! So friendly and inviting. The complementary breakfast is the best we have ever had. The pool and hot tub are an added bonus. We will be back.

The hotel itself was fine. However, since my stay last year, this hotel has repeatedly made unauthorized charges to my credit card (as recently as a few weeks ago) despite multiple conversations with staff and management there where I was assured that my credit card information would be deleted from their system. I did not want to have to go through the hassle of cancelling my credit card over this and adjust all of my autopayments but it appears I have no other choice because they inexplicably refuse to fix this issue (despite claiming otherwise to me).

I stayed here because I was stranded in St Paul after being released from hospital having been in a bad car wreck. The front counter staff after learning of my predicament, did everything they could to find me a way home (some 45km away). After no success, one of the ladies offered to give me a ride herself after her shift. Knowing I had an 8 week old puppy at home alone and that it had been 20 hrs since I left, she called her husband and arranged for him to drive me home right away. We need more compassionate people like them in this world.

I forgot my electric toothbrush charger in the bathroom and one of the employees (Vicky, I think) mailed it to me at no charge, even though it cost her $20. I was ready to pay for the shipping but she said "Happy New Year"! I'm very impressed! No other hotel chain has ever assisted me in this way before. Many thanks! We will be staying at CanAlta's whenever possible in the future.
