Great Place To Stay

Whenever I need to go to Sherwood Park (Millennium Place) I stay here. Breakfast is awesome , the pool and hot tub are great and hardly used when I'm there. Rooms are pretty good with comfy beds and ac unit isn't too loud. I'm 6'4" and I actually looked UP at the shower head. And it's less than a 5 min walk to M P.

Pool was very cold. Hot tub was dirty and not clean. Someone had put shampoo in it. Pictures to rooms online verse what you get are different so make sure you check before you get settled in.

We are sorry to hear that the pool temperature was not to your satisfaction and that the hot tub was not clean. Please be assured that we take the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities very seriously. We have immediately addressed this with our maintenance team to ensure the pool temperature is properly regulated and the hot tub is thoroughly cleaned and inspected regularly.
Regarding the difference between the online photos and the actual rooms, we understand how important it is for our guests to have an accurate representation of what to expect. We are reviewing our online content to ensure it reflects the true condition and appearance of our rooms.

Great hotel and clean. If you can’t sleep on an extremely firm bed, please do not book here. I had a very bad sleep and couldn’t move in the morning. I can’t do firm beds.
