Travelled with my husband and our dog. After seven hours of driving, that sign was a welcoming sight. Knowing from previous experience the comfort and first class service just beyond those doors. We will continue to come back to the Best hotel in High Level, AB

First time staying at the Best Western Mirage in High Level and won’t be the last. A true gem in the North, well worth the drive. Everyone was so friendly from check in to check out. Beds were comfortable, room was clean and quiet. Had the best sleep! I can’t say enough good things about this place! Highly recommend to anyone travelling through high level!

The day I got my room. My bed was filthy. It had somebody else’s hair’s in the bed and eyelashes there was a receipt in the drawer from the same day an hour before I got the room. I believe somebody used the room maybe to do something personal and then left the room. The room then wasn’t cleaned properly before I received it.Very disgusting things were found in the bed and in the sink. I slept on the couch, the first night of my stay. And was not offered to refund.

We would like to extend my sincerest apologies for any shortcomings during your stay. Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us, and we truly appreciate the feedback you have provided. Rest assured, we will use this valuable input to make the necessary improvements to ensure a more positive experience for our future guests.
We greatly value your feedback and would like to address your concerns regarding the security of our guests. We take the security and privacy of our guests very seriously, and we assure you that we have conducted a thorough investigation using our RFID card system and found out that the room was accessed only by the key which was issued to you. From the time you checked in till the time you brought the concerns to our attention.
Regarding the internet outage, we understand the inconvenience it caused and we sincerely apologize for any frustration this may have caused. We made every effort to minimize the impact of the outage and continuously liaised with our service provider to resolve the issue promptly.
