Amazingly well run and could not ask for a better location or a better place to stay. The room was super clean, the balcony was private, the whole setup is comfortable and well done. Everything about this place got the attension it needed to be awsome, even the little stuff like parking and registration is quick, easy, and appreciated!
Wow! This was even more amazing than we expected. The room is absolutely beautiful and so clean. It was spacious and the kids had a blast in the bathtub with jets. It is located right across the street from the beach. We will definitely come back if we make our way to New Hampshire again.
We really loved this place. The room was artfully decorated, and had nice wine glasses, and a great tub. The owner was really great and told us some great stuff about the area. Great location out of the fray but right near the beach. We will go back!

Beautiful clean room very accommodating . The view of the ocean was spectacular. Very safe. I have stayed here before and had always had a great stay. The bed and sleep sofa bed were very comfortable. The kitchenette had a toaster oven k cup machine and microwave. Loved sitting on the dock watching the waves
