A little further up on the beach than I expected but very nice. The walls are thin so you can hear everything and the beds could be much more comfier. There is a laundry room on the second floor that has irons and washer and dryer. Parking spaces are tight but ok. Staff was very nice and welcoming.
Would stay there again!

Great service and beautiful, immaculate rooms. Melanie answered our many questions before and during our stay as we needed oxygen tanks, concentrator and wheelchair accessibility. Lincare provided the oxygen therapy supplies prior to our arrival, which was set up and made ready to use by the hotel staff. Ramp entrance to lobby/elevator. Large rooms for ease of mobility, however bathtub was traditional style. Hotel staff were friendly and immediate with any of our requests. Beach carts were free to use. Several soft-tired beach wheelchairs are available at the Lifeguard station (behind the clamshell music venue on Ocean Boulevard.) License is needed as a deposit and personal wheelchairs/scooters can be stored inside. First come, first served. Located a bit less than a mile/12-15 minute walk/wheel from hotel. Handicap parking is free all day/night with placard or license plate. So nice to use key codes to enter building and rooms so that you don’t have to search for your keycard. Always greeted with a smile and friendly interaction. Room 101 Ocean view balcony had a great view of the north end of the beach. Coffee shop and general store about 2 blocks away. Room 104 very large with separate bedrooms and Murphy bed in living room and large closet for beach items, etc. Beautiful sunset view over marsh, but with a bit of a swampy smell. Loved the kitchenette with Keurig coffee maker, coffee pods, toaster oven, microwave and small fridge and plenty of storage in both rooms.

We stayed four days over the July 4th weekend and were really impressed with the Atlantic Breeze Suites. The staff were consistently helpful and friendly, our room was spacious and spotlessly clean, the location was great - at the quieter end of the beach right across the street. Parking, WiFi, kitchenette - everything was as good or better than we expected. You know all those reviews of beach properties that talk about small rooms, worn out furnishings, and questionable cleanliness? Well, you don't have to worry about any of that at Atlantic Suites. It's pricier than a lot of the properties at Hampton Beach, but we'd go back there in a heart beat.

I booked this location based on previous reviews and I was not disappointed. Their contactless checkin was incredibly useful during these covid times and our room used a code entry instead of a key, very convenient!We booked an Oceanview Queen studio room and it was lovely! Beautiful room, nice view of the ocean. Everything was spotless-- they take cleanliness to the next level with the covid concerns and I could not be happier. Even little things like a clean toaster, no leftover crumbs, was huge. (Husband is a celiac so not having to stress over a dirty toaster was amazing, unlike other places we've stayed). We thoroughly enjoyed the location and the room. A+++ The only minor negative was entirely out of their hands: street noise. Having never been to Hampton beach, I didn't know what to expect. I knew we'd be right up against the road from the pictures on their website but, wow... motorcycles and loud cars. Yikes. I thought: open the windows, hear the ocean. We ended up closing the windows and the balcony door, which did a great job at cancelling out the noise. But don't let this deter you, the place is beautiful and absolutely worth a stay. Side note: queen bed was definitely not a queen, probably a full, but it was still comfy.

This is a great find in Hampton Beach! There is free self-parking on site. Check in and check out is essentially contactless and is a breeze. The staff is so incredibly friendly and accommodating! I cannot say enough about how the staff went above and beyond for my guests and me! We had a beautiful view of the ocean from our room. The rooms are SPOTLESS and are updated with a modern, beachy aesthetic. The kitchenette came with all the basic essentials(fridge, microwave, toaster oven, sink, paper towels, dishes, silverware, dish towels etc). It is just a few minutes walk to the beach and about a 10-15 minute walk from the main boardwalk. I actually had another hotel booked originally and I'm so happy I made the switch to this one! I highly recommend Atlantic Breeze!

This was our first visit to Atlantic Breeze and couldn't have been more impressed. We had to delay our trip one day because of Hurricane Henri, and they were able to move our reservation forward one day without charge, for which we were extremely thankful. The hotel has totally figured out how to manage guest interaction in a COVID world. Contactless check in and check out, while at the same time being accessible and available for assistance when needed. They use automated text messages to communicate information to guests and check in with guests with the right frequency to feel appreciated without feeling intrusive. Super friendly with a family like atmosphere. The suites are plenty spacious, well equipped (Kuerig coffee maker, refrig, toaster over, microwave, dishes, silverware, etc.), clean and up-date. The location is at the end of the beach, not too far of a walk to the beach and center of the strip, but far enough away from it at the same time. Would highly recommend and will be staying here again the next time we go to Hampton Beach.

Atlantic Breeze Suites is a must stay in Hampton Beach, New Hampshire. Easy, efficient, contactless check in. Also I could not be happier with the proximity and view of the ocean in the Queen Room with Ocean View room. The rooms are wonderfully decorated with nautical themes and come complete with a kitchenette, a dining area, sofa and a cozy private balcony for enjoying the sunrise or sunset with a front row view of the Atlantic. Yes, you can hear the traffic sounds during the day but it quiets right down at night. I stayed during off season so I cannot speak to the sounds of full on season. I will say the rooms are extremely comfortable and quiet. I never knew if there were other guests or not (and the pillows are just right; not too soft or firm). The only disappointing thing is I had to cut my trip short by one night. A major bummer. I had never been to New Hampshire and am so thrilled I stumbled across Hampton Beach and Atlantic Breeze Suites because the pictures I saw do not do the place justice. The stay was above and beyond my expectations. A shout out to Melanie who worked in the office (and may have been one of the owners?) she was extremely pleasant to speak with and was even kind enough to offer some suggestions for great nearby restaurants. I loved this place and absolutely cannot wait to go back....hopefully sooner rather than later.

My wife and I stayed here 4 days and absolutely loved the hotel and room! Location was great, a stones throw to the beach and many more restaurants and activities. They had free parking so we were able to walk almost everywhere from our room. The room was updated and extremely clean, great size and the kitchenette was wonderful for breakfast and lunch when we didn't want to go out. Our balcony had an amazing view and the room was very quiet. We had been warned by the hotel that there was active construction next door but the room was very sound proof and we heard almost nothing from inside including from other guests. The staff was very nice and helpful to any of our needs or questions, very casual family vibe. We couldn't have picked a better spot! We were a bit cautious of the price but it was definitely worth the money 10/10 would reccomend. We will be staying here anytime we come back.

We have stayed at Hampton Beach many times before at a couple of other places and they were nice. After staying at the Atlantic Breeze Suites we have to say how nice it was to stay at a place that really makes you feel like you are at home. The cleanliness is an A + and the decorations were very nice and we really loved the amenities like a keurig coffee pot, dish soap, paper towels, and toaster oven to help you feel comfortable during our stay. I would definitely stay again and it is worth the $$.

This is the second time we have stayed at Atlantic Breeze suites ... both times the staff are very accommodating and friendly. The place is always clean and during covid everything was contactless . We will definitely come again the location is close to everything yet far enough away from the noise and busyness of the boardwalk ....

The beach is on the right hand of the building; just cross the street and a short walk to the first stairway to get on the sand; the ocean sometimes is really warm in August...
