The waiting time at the restaurant was way to long, we requested room cleaning service as required but it rarely happen

The staff accommodated my bad knees and found me a 1 floor room and checked me in early. The group that checked in with friends and family failed to control their kids until staff repeatedly stepped in an imposed a curfew. The restaurant food was good one waitress was excellent. Wait time to be seated at buffet night was not reasonable

Wow. I don’t even know from where to start. Our room was stinky! It was unbearable smell. Smell of mold, pure mold. I told them that and the “owner” or whatever she is started to argue with me that there is no smell. They put in a machine that supposed to purified the air and take off the smell, but it just made it worse. I ended up being ALL day long in the lobby and leaving a night earlier. In addition, the place is just super dirty. The flooring, carpets and the lobby’s bathroom is seriously a stay away. The staff is rude and obviously don’t know how to run an hotel.
If there is a place I would never come back to it’s this place. So so dirty and smelly.

Feb 17,2024. We ended up not staying here even though it was free!!!
Thats how unprofessional their staff is.
We stayed at this place week before xmas 2023. The room was the dirtiest, bathroom was gross with black-mildew filled grouts. The chicken wings we had the bar was uncooked and still frozen i side. Just a bite if that got both iof us very sick. When i complained during the checkout they promised Kind Suite for Feb 17.2024.
We showed up on Feb 17, 2024 but they refused to honor what they had promised.
Instead offered us another regular room.

And at that point i decided to go back and not stay at this place for even free!

They place is dirty, bar food is limited and not properly handled.
Just a plain bad business which apparently is family owned.

Room tip: Beware of the room you get and the food you eat! Especially if chicken

I’m not one to write many reviews, especially bad ones but we attended a wedding here, and were very disappointed with the cleanliness and the service. The wedding itself was beautiful, but the rest was disappointing.
Our room was gross there was dust, cobwebs, stains, sticky floor. We were supposed to have a 2 queen room but the beds are most definitely not queens.
There was no toilet paper in the lobby restrooms pretty much for an entire day.
We stayed the night before the wedding (Saturday) because of the rehearsal. The restaurant was ill prepared, and only had 1 server for our large party along with other guests. We were told that they were out of chicken wings, but saw her brining them to other tables. The waitress was polite and I don’t think it was her fault, but because she was thrown into the situation the service was on the poorer end.
The nightshift bartender was extremely rude and had a childish attitude. I stood at the bar for a good 10 minutes (she was busy so that’s totally fine) but then my husband joined me, she noticed HIM shortly after and addressed him even though I had been standing there long before. I ordered a cranberry vodka and she looked at me like I was stupid and replied with an attitude saying “It’s a vodka cran” and rolled her eyes. I wasn’t aware that there was a difference LOL! She called someone a derogatory name because they wanted water. She called people names because of the chaser they wanted for their shots. She was just extremely rude and has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. We left shortly after the wedding ended on Sunday but I was told she continued her immature petty behavior.

The day shift bartender was incredible though, and did a great job handling all of the patrons before the wedding.
Everyone who worked the actual wedding was very nice and helped make the reception run smoothly, it was a great time.

All in all, the wedding was beautiful, but the stay and service was disappointing. We will never be returning or recommending this establishment.

Had the best time at the retreat. From the moment we arrived to the time we left staff was so friendly. Our trip was cut short due to an injury I had ( not because of the retreat). Mathew was super helpful and friendly that he went beyond his duties in helping me and my family. I couldn’t be more grateful for him and the helpful staff that was so accommodating to us. 100 stars if I could.

I didn’t stay at the hotel, but had a great time eating breakfast at the hotel restaurant. Food is great, and the servers were awesome. Totally worth the short drive from Las Vegas. It’s a completely different environment.
