Stayedl there for four nights. Durig this time, housekeeping never came to my room. So bed never made; no fresh towels; no coffee maker replacements. Then there is the bill. Make absolutely certain you get a final bill on checkout. They were suppose to email a copy to me. Never received. I have made multiple attempts to reconcile the actual charges with the estimated charges. It's impossible. Keep in mind, you've got a room charge, a resort fee, and taxes of at least 13 percent. There may have been other charges, but I've not been able to figure them out. Lastly, the Orleans is over a mile from the Las Vegas strip. Walking is not really an option, so you've got Uber/Lyft or their shuttle. The later will only take you to one place and likely it's not wherel you want to be. Will not stay at this hotel again.

We checked in at 02.00 AM on 09/03/2021 and wanted to sleep properly over the night. But unfortunately the fire alarm started ringing at 04.30 AM continuously for 15 minutes and everyone got panic and trying to escape out of the 18th floor by steps. We didn't know what to do and we also ran out of our room at the middle of the night and took the steps from 18th floor. Once we reached the lobby we got to know it was a false alarm. OMG this was terrible incident and our sleep was completely ruined for rest of the night.

You have to wear a mask but can smoke? This makes no sense! Even though I was wearing a mask the smoker next to me wasn't. Machines were right next to each other so no social distancing. Banquet food was excellent.
