I have stayed many places in Vegas. This was my first time at NYNY. Simply put, I would never stay here again. It’s definitely in need of a remodel. We upgraded to a players suite. Bigger room same problems. Our shower did not work. Wouldn’t even turn on. We needed to leave so we had to take turns bathing in the 1980’s hot tub in the center of the room. The entire hotel is a time warp to 1989. The gym equipment was also from 1989. I will say the staff was all super nice and accommodating. I would highly recommend in this order, The Cosmopolitan, Aria, Bellagio, or Encore.

First time at NYNY and it far exceeded my expectations. We chose the Park Premier room and it was great. Very large and nice. The only downside was a lack of outlets and no usb ports but we brought our own. I was initially concerned that our room faced the roller coaster and would hear the noise from it but it was not an issue at all. Would stay here again.

I would never stay at this hotel again. The water was brown and black sand came out, safe wasn’t working when we checked in, we had to wait for a security guard to come verify and they had to call maintenance and we had to be in the room, they charge to print out Covid test results, very unfriendly staff. It’s very disappointing. The rooms haven’t been updated in years.
