This is a terrible hotel that is extremely run down and needs massive improvement. It is very hard to ignore the issues and continue enjoying your time in Vegas. I wouldn't even bother going to Vegas if this is your choice of hotel as it will really leave a bad experience overall and this contributes significantly to the value of your entire trip.

Before arriving we checked prices and was told $57/night. However, when we arrived at the hotel around dinnertime, traffic of course was horrible, couldn't figure out how to get into the main reservation area (too much construction and signs not properly shown) finally was able to park in the garage. Got to reservation desk and the girl indicated we could not get the $57/night without a conformation # which was not told to us on the phone call. We were tired so ended up getting a room for $95. Elevators were not specific enough since the hotel had 2 different buildings. Finally got to the room. (oh by the way there was no carts to put your luggage on unless you wanted to wait an hr for the bellman to deliver.) It was very old, dingy, wallpaper peeling off walls and bed was hard as a rock. No small fridge to put our cold drinks or meds in. Looking out window was constant lights (which we expected). The only nice thing was watching the new MGM sphere dome. The bathroom was also extremely old, had to watch you didn't slip in tub/shower and the towels were thin and 1 each for each adult. Getting out of the hotel was worse again with all the construction and signs not showing properly to get back on the highway. We've been to Vegas many times but this was the worse.

Manor room was booked disgusting do not book this accommodation rediculous would not even bring my dog in there
We were offered new room was a tad better but the carpets need re placing
It came at a xtra cost rediculous
