Literally saved the day! My friend and I were originally staying at a place just off the strip and it ended up being a complete nightmare. I managed to find a room at Harrah's for our 2nd (and last) night and, after checking out of our original place, got a Lyft over to Harrah's to check in. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the staff was so helpful to us with directing us where to go for the Donny M&G and show. Perfectly located right on the strip and we had so much fun. Lesson learned. We will be choosing Harrah's from now on. Thank you, Harrah's for saving our vacation and turning it around for us. You're the best.

The Donny Show at Harrah’s is the BEST show in Vegas. Unbelievable!! And, Harrah’s is the friendliest place in town. Customer service rivals none. You can stay there, eat fabulous food, see Donny and never have to leave the hotel.

Room was dirty. Windows were filthy. Maid service late and had to request Kleenex Not enough hangers. The pool area was very disappointing with the majority of seats for rent cabanas. Pool was cold. Staff was nice and helpful. Food good and quick. Good location.
