I just stayed here for a quick one night stay last week while on the way home from Maine with a Las Vegas layover.

Weekend rates in Vegas were higher then I’d ever seen them, so I scrambled to find something cheaper as I just needed a place to sleep.

Located about 15 minutes from the strip, this was a great, slightly more affordable alternative.

Arrived to a drunken a mob coming across the parking lot as some popular country singer was just finishing up an outside concert on the property as I arrived.

Check-in was quick and welcoming. Casino was nice, but not much. more different than any other casino floor. Plenty of places to eat on property and had a fun vibe on a Saturday night.

Didn’t really spend much time out of the room. Got an enormous Thanksgiving Turkey dinner at one of the on-site restaurants to take back to room at midnight. It was a huge portion and only cost $17! Food was a lot cheaper than the big strip casino hotels.

Room was modern, clean and in excellent condition.

I liked the free parking which is rapidly disappearing in Las Vegas in recent years at casinos.

I could’ve easily stayed here a week and been happy with it. Weekday rates were pretty cheap. Resort Fee was half the price of the strip hotel $50 resort fees.

Beware! Hotel rooms are long distance from Casino.

Expected to stay here at hotel and play in Casino for three nights. Upon arrival found the hotel portion of resort is an exceptionally long distance from the Casino. Would have left immediately, but would have to forfeit approximately $550 for our one night stay. We had chosen a one bedroom suite. Very nice accommodation but the bedroom was VERY noisy. Never stopped as was a noise from one of the AC systems or similar. Hard to take!! I am being generous with a 3/5 rating. Both the poor accessibility to casino and noisy bedroom are the reasons.

Thank you for the feedback. We apologize that we did not fully meet your expectations. Tip for your next visit...you can park near the hotel elevators to avoid the long walk and we have self check-in/out kiosk at that entrance to assist guest in avoiding the walk up the hallway to the casino. I will have an engineer look into which suite you stayed in so we can evaluate the A/C as well. Thank you again for staying and for sharing feedback to assist us in being better.

1500 mile trip nickle and dime me at Sunset Dtation

Nice place few problems check iin was a monster. I was there for weddings dam look up the name. Also promised two breakfast never got b cause I booked tru wedding not hotel very very cheapo . Donated big money slots tight but it’s Vegas. . Food was great nice atmosphere but initial check in made my stay less check out n

Good Alternative From the Strip

Great grandeur hotel with a flavour of casino life. It has a sense of liveliness. Beautiful, clean outdoor and the surrounding. However, the inside could use some TLC. First off, the air is masked by clouds and smoke odour. It’s really hard to breathe. The room itself is nice and roomy. The shower is a tad dated. It still uses tubs and shower. The hot water takes a long time to bring to temperature. Good drainage and water pressure. Free wifi is included but it is slow. Fan is pointed away from the bed and is moderately loud when on. It maintains the room temperature consistently. Excellent blinds to keep the light out. Over a great alternative for the expensive hotel on the strip.

So much better than the main strip

I had such a great time here last year, All the employees here treated me so good, I used to go to the strip but my brother stayed here and we went to this Casino, things here were reasonable in service and price so much better than the strip. My Brother and I will be doing like a reunion thing this Sunday there and I am so excited to go again, we have been watching a lot of Youtube learning craps and ready to try it out. The front desk has already helped me with reservations, they were great as usual. Looking forward to doubling my paycheck, just kidding. I hope to have a great time again though.

Room tip: Table limits were a lot lower here and service was great

Amazing Experience!

We made a reservation on Saturday nt 02/04/2023 because we had family in town for a funeral who was staying at Sunset Station and we wanted to stay longer with them. Joshua and Tyra at the front desk were so kind to us (not even knowing the situation) professional, friendly, and just such a good vibe! I used to work front desk on the strip so I can appreciate wonderful customer service especially when its late at night on a weekend! There was live music from that beautiful center bar with all the colors on the ceiling which was great! The room was really nice ... and the next day we ate at the Brassfork and Warren was out waiter and he was ontop of everything! Just all around an amazing experience! We will be back on Valentines day and the weekend of the 17th now, and we live aaaaaaall the way in the SW, by where Durango Station is being built. But when you get amazing service its worth the trip! Thank you so much to every single person who we came across, BUT THE STARTING POINT, OUR FIRST POINT OF CONTACT...WAS JOSHUA , AND THEN TYRA!!!! All the love and light and appreciation to them! Thank you Thank you!!!
