We weren't expecting a three story walk up. The restort eventually got us to the second story unit but far from the only elevator. We should not have been exposed to timeshare presentation pressure just to get our parking pass. Our unit had no working telephone during our stay and maintenance could not fix the problem. The golf simulator a major consideration for golfers was not working during any of our stay. Some furniture was showing signs of age.

It was a last minute decision to get away from unseasonably cold weather here in the Midwest. The resort is located conveniently close to major attractions and major connecting highways. There are many excellent restaurants nearby.

Good location and much better than first impression.
Bldg lobby was just ok and elevator was banged up and need cosmetic repair. Long hallway and Room was 2 bedroom lock out type. Very clean and comfortable large rooms. Kitchen nicely set up with all appliances. Would stay again.

Staff are friendly, property is nice, buildings look nice but require more maintenance, A/C leaks inside first unit, 2nd unit no table to sit at, 3rd unit, A/C outdoor unit sounded like jet engine taking off, internet doesn't work all the time, spoty at best, this an odd one, the pillows on the bed are only around 18-20 inches long, very uncomfortable, studio unit has a bar sink making it very hard to wash the dishes they provided. A studio should be for someone staying overnight, not 2 weeks like ourselves. Sorry, but we will not return to there resort again and wish them well in the future. Andrew
Very nice resort. Good RCI exchange. We stayed 5 nights. The pool is warm and clean. The pool bar and grill is good and the prices are very reasonable. Pretty quiet at night.
It’s difficult to reach the front desk. Phone system is down and they often don’t answer calls from outside lines.
Our unit is big 2br sleeps 8. Wi-Fi is pretty good. Issues we called about were fixed right away. Nice screened lanai. Windows could use screens to enjoy fresh air on cool evenings.
Unit was pretty clean, but the kitchen floor was sticky. Walking barefoot I got some black feet. As timeshares go, it’s pretty well maintained.
There is not a smart tv in the unit. Tv options aren’t very good. Ended up watching Netflix on my iPad. In 2023 hotels have to have at least 1 smart tv. Furniture is ok, a little tired and a few stains. We were in building 200. 3rd floor no elevator. No luggage carts/no bellman.
