We recently stayed at the Anchoage Inn, it was during the recent nor'easter. Our room was clean, and very comfortable. The shower had to be one of the best ever!! Bed was very comfortable. They were busy, due to the fact that a lot of people in the area had lost power and were looking to check in. The staff was busy, but very friendly and helpful. I had asked one of the housekeepers for some shampoo, what a great guy, went and got it for me right away. We had a nice view of the lighthouse from across the street. We would certainly stay here again.

WONDERFUL PLACE. OCEAN VIEW SUITES. NOTHING BETTER. A BREAFAST AREA WITH TEA, COFFEE, JUICE, BAGELS, ENG MUFFINS. AFTERNOON WINE. GREAT HOT TUB!!! NICE AND PRIVATE HERE. CAN'T WAIT TO GO BACK NEXT YEAR.

I was part of a large group who stayed here of 3 days on a Maine tour. We were surprised at how nice the rooms they gave us were. We could sit on the balcony and see the ocean from our room in the annex. We were to busy to spend any time in the pools. Breakfast at the Sun and Surf restaurant across the street was part of our package and we were very impressed. The bed was comfortable. The members of the staff that we met were very nice.
