During your stay we offered you another room when you complained that there was condensation on the windows that was obstructing your view. You declined stating that it was only one night and that it was not a big deal and that you didn’t want to speak to a supervisor. Surprisingly, the next morning you demanded a full refund due to the view being impeded by the condensation. We offered to reduce your rate to a first floor non view rate and you declined. You called us after your stay and we repeated the offer of a discount, which today over email you accepted. We understand you wanted a full refund and requested a free room from the moment you checked in 2 hrs early. We’re sorry we weren’t able to make you happy during your stay.
