The accommodations were outstanding. Housekeeping goes out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need! Front Desk staff is top notch! The Pub is excellent as well!! The view is beyond compare with the ocean right outside. You are lulled to sleep listening to calming sounds of the Atlantic!!

We had a great stay at the Union Bluff Hotel. We were pleasantly surprised by the Continental breakfast every morning (we didn't know that it was provide).
It is a little bit of an older hotel so the bathroom situation was not the best since there were 3 of us in the room. The sink and mirror area was located outside of the shower area, so there was no way to use the mirror to do my hair and makeup without disturbing my husband and son who were still sleeping. It was a very clean and comfortable room.

It certainly does have the location going for it - just at the end of little crescent beach that was very easy to walk out to multiple times during the day.
The room had very clean bed and linens.
Parking available in front and at rear of building.

We have stayed here 3 times. First time was a gem, second time ok and this time was very poor for the price! We were in the annex, ground level. Very very noisy! No shower curtain, dirty, 2 hair conditioner and no shampoo, no working heater….
Restaurant was ok not anything to write about. Will look for better place next visit!

The staff was uncaring, did not smile or seem to care. When we asked them for things to do in the area or places to eat the first day the two Staff members at the front desk barley looked up and replied they had no idea. Each morning stepping off the elevator by the front desk the staff either wouldn’t look at us or say good morning, but continued to look at there phones. We witness most of the staff socializing and ignoring guests.
We did have one sever the first night we ate dinner at the hotel treat us well. That was the only positive interaction we had with staff.
