What a location exactly as stated in booking , yes a little outdated but really!! What a view and location very helpful staff easy parking , also has a lift to the 1st floor so no carrying bags up stairs . Although this is a very central place you do not notice any noise . The shopping was great as well

The restaurant does not have breakfast and the room service was not working, but overall a good place to stay if you are not picky

We have stayed here many times. Perfect location, nice rooms, beautiful rooms, friendly staff. The town is our favorite on the Maine coast. You can walk to anything. The bartender make a great Old Fashioned ( the drink has a family history). We will be back.
This was our first visit to Boothbay Harbor and we picked a great place to stay. Yes, the building is a bit old-style but our room was clean and comfortable with its own little deck and a "partial" view of the harbor and the piers which we found lovely. The bed was comfortable, the AC worked great. Small but adequately updated bathroom with a great shower head. Friendly and helpful staff from the parking lot to the front desk to housekeeping. We could walk to everything. Keurig coffee maker in the room. It was quiet with no noise in the rooms above or below us.
I stayed at this hotel because they had parking and were right next door to the boat for the Atlantic Puffin trip I was taking the next morning. It's a competent hotel, a touch dated, but clean and my room was very spacious. I had a tiny deck overlooking the harbor. The staff was very nice upon check in and everything worked well.
I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
