This hotel is far below Hampton/Hilton standards. As soon as I checked in I found a pill laying on the floor. I took it to front desk and informed them of this and ask if my room had even been cleaned. No offer to move rooms or have a cleaning person come and clean room. Next morning there was NO hot breakfast . Apparently there had been a recent kitchen fire, no mention of this at check in or on their website. At check out I informed clerk I was not pleased. She informed me she would put Hilton points in my account to make up for the poor stay. Three weeks later no points. Last week I spoke to Andrew who said he was a manager and he would call back by end of day. It never happened! I left a message for the GM no call back. I travel to this area often and thought I would give them a try but they obviously do not care about their guest.

We stood outside for over an hour at 5am. Not one person from hampton communicate anything to any of us. Went back in after alarm went off and the smoke was so bad in our room that we left. I talked to the manager about a refund and i was told to call back in 3 days. They wouldn’t help. Paid 350$ for 1 night and treated like this. Ive stayed multiple times and this was the only time ive had any issues.

We booked for the combine and date night. Room was clean. Surprised the breakfast was hot and fresh. They valets were great! We met Dwayne and Kieran on the way out and they were friendly and helpful. Vibe check passed!
