This hotel is far below Hampton/Hilton standards. As soon as I checked in I found a pill laying on the floor. I took it to front desk and informed them of this and ask if my room had even been cleaned. No offer to move rooms or have a cleaning person come and clean room. Next morning there was NO hot breakfast . Apparently there had been a recent kitchen fire, no mention of this at check in or on their website. At check out I informed clerk I was not pleased. She informed me she would put Hilton points in my account to make up for the poor stay. Three weeks later no points. Last week I spoke to Andrew who said he was a manager and he would call back by end of day. It never happened! I left a message for the GM no call back. I travel to this area often and thought I would give them a try but they obviously do not care about their guest.
