We stayed at the Beachview Club 15 years ago with our kids pre-renovation, and hands down, the current management/staff have really knocked it out of the park. The ameneties--soda, juice, waters in the mini-fridge, cabana-style pool seating, fire pit, abundance of luscious-feeling towels--are beyond compare. The property boasts the lushest grounds on this strip of coastal roadway, and the proprietary greets all guests with a welcome glass of bubbly. Truly a must-visit!

First time to Jekyll Island and we picked a winner! The Beachview Club was a great boutique hotel on the ocean convenient to everything on the island. Very comfortable room with a private balcony overlooking the pool area and views of the ocean. Great staff made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. Will was very pleasant and saw to our every need. Dre helped the old folks figure out the TV situation and was very nice. Well deserved #1 rated facility on the island!

This place is awesome . It is quaint yet has every amenity you could want. We received welcoming texts before we even arrived, a champagne welcoming, and very courteous and friendly service by all staff. We enjoyed the adirondack chairs under the giant trees overlooking the ocean, the pool loungers, and the fire pits in the evening. The rooms were very clean and spacious with daily service which is not often seen today. We also enjoyed a mini fridge stocked with cool drinks.
We had a kuerig coffee, and safe as well. The decor was updated.

I am from NE and grew up going to Cape Cod and RI beaches. When I moved to Atlanta I thought I had to give up my beach recharge time. And last year I tried Jekyll Island last spring and fell in love BUT I hated the hotel I stayed at. I went back in Oct and tried this hotel based on a review from a site that gives recommendations for people traveling with their dog as mine is bigger. I fell in love with this hotel's trees and sound of the waves.
The fact that my dog is nervous in new locations relaxed immediately I knew this was the location for us we we came back again this week. I LOVE it. I often travel with my black lab mix and this place is perfect for him. We both love this place. My parents also rented a room this time with their dog as they vacation plans changed. I know they are planning a trip with friends and will be staying here again. I love that the beach is a few steps away, its right on the walking / bike path and its a smaller establishment so its not overcrowded. Like most of the country the weather has gotten chilly this week and the fire pit has been a welcome comfort to end the day! While the weather is a bit windy the sun has been out and there are so many places to sit outside and enjoy the sun that its a can't miss. The rooms are cute beach rooms, I haven't had a suite but the single King Size rooms are perfect for 2 people and a dog. The beds are super comfy so after a day of hiking, swimming, walking or riding your bike you will get a good sleep. The staff is also wonderful. I travel a lot of work and I'm a "preferred" member at larger hotel chains and get extra attention BUT the staff here is even better and check on you to make sure your trip is going well and are there if you need them. I'm hesitant to give a great review as I don't want to lose my little piece of paradise BUT I love it. Here if you need a beach oasis or a brake from city living I would recommend a trip here. I travel for work and with friends but coming here on my own or with friends / family I still feel secure. comfortable and welcome. If you need a break from the stressful world this could be the place for you.
