I usually do not post negative reviews. I have been disappointed with the dirt in unit 606. It was so nasty, I chose not to take a bath. The bathroom door squeaked loudly. I got a lot of bug bites, that I am worried were bedbugs. On the positive side, the people at the front desk were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. great ocean view on the balcony. Please fix the toilet. And for heaven sake, please clean the bathroom.

I stayed in a VERBO, room 421. I mention the room number bc the sunset and moon rise happened right in front of my balcony. The unit was clean and well appointed with amenities.
Many morning walkers on the beach, plenty of shells wash up each day.
My only feedback is that I am short and the only tables and chairs were bar height. It was difficult for me as there wasn’t any other place to sit for meals. No problem if u are gifted with height.

The best beach-front hotel in Treasure Island! My wife and I LOVE this place! We’ve stayed at a couple other nearby places and they don’t compare to this place. It’s the closest hotel on the water, literally a 2 minute walk from your room to the water. The balcony is great. Perfect Gulf views from every room there. Nice Tiki Bar with decently priced drinks and a nice place for a quick bite to eat. The pool is great and overlooks the Gulf, right next to the Tiki bar. A short walk on the beach to Caddy’s for some great food and live music. You also get FREE daily passes for a bike rental, dolphin cruise, and other cool things to do. Awesome price, friendly staff. Brand new gas grills on the beach for making burgers or steaks. Nice cook top in the room for cooking. Nice fridge, microwave, coffee maker. Close to Publix to stock up on food and drinks. You can’t go wrong with this place!

I don't write many reviews but I felt I needed to. We stayed labor day weekend our room was beautiful oceanfront and very clean. Pool was nice bartender at pool was very nice. Check in was smooth very nice people would definitely stay again. Thanks for nice stay

The hotel/condo property is beautiful and the ocean front view did not disappoint. The small pool side bar was good with really good rum runners!
Buyer beware: do not rent room 511. It is run down, filthy, and broken. I understand that different owners keep up their own condo, but these people who rent out 511, do not keep it well at all

We offer three categories of rooms to choose from: “Executive” are the rooms that have been fully remodeled. “Standard” are the rooms that have been updated over the years. “Basic” are the rooms that have not been remodeled (may still have carpeting, worn appliances, etc.). Each of our rental units is digitally scanned and viewable online from our website. I suggest viewing one of our recently remodeled Executive units for your next visit. You will not be disappointed!
