We were a little early and the front desk tried and found us a room that was ready which was really nice of them. The hotel looked clean and the room was spacious. The pool size was a big surprise. It didn't seem as big in the pictures. It was a really nice pool area and the lounge chairs were decent and didn't have a bar that digs in your low back which was nice. Old Town is right across the street and so many fun things to do there. We ordered pizza from Flippers and loved it. We would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our first stay this past weekend. We traveled with our son and his best friend (both 16). The hotel was well kept, smelled clean, beautiful pool and friendly staff. I didn't realize it when we booked (husband made the reservations) the hotel is located directly across from Fun spot & Old town. This made for an easy walk from our hotel to lots of activities. Mini golf, go carts, rides, shops and food. The boys ventured over on their own and had a great time. This would be perfect to keep the kids busy when not at the parks. We noticed the hotel pool is open 24 hours which may be a perk for night owls. The rooms were clean and spacious. Beds a bit stiff but after a long day at the water park, we didn't seem to mind. The free breakfast is served until 10:00 am. It was buffet style with plenty of options (not just cereal). They offered small fresh made cheese omelets, sausage links, fruit, cereals, pastries, mickey waffles, bagels, juice, water, coffee etc. We were surprised at the variety for breakfast. They have staff behind the buffet which was nice. We noticed it was pretty busy around 8:30 am which is to be expected. Our only Con would be the speed of the elevators. We were told about this before we arrived. Just bring a little patience or take the stairs :) The hotel offers a small game room with arcade style games and a onsite office with computers and printers if needed. Overall a great stay. We will plan to stay here again on our next visit.

We have stayed at this hotel several times as a family in the past 6 months and always find the staff to be friendly. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is always good, and the pool area is nice and well-maintained. However, I am writing this review based on our most recent visit which included a bus full of around 50 high schoolers and chaperones. We have been taking students on trips several times a year for over ten years now, and we have NEVER had such a smooth check-in. Upon arrival, I was handed a welcome letter, an envelope with hotel information, a list of room assignments, a map of our floor (highlighted by girls/boys/chaperones’ rooms), and all of the room keys, labeled with the room’s occupants’ names. Checking in took less than two minutes and all of the work was done for us! Amazing! If you plan on taking a large group to Disney or anywhere in the Orlando area, this is the place to stay! I can’t stress enough how much I appreciated their organization and thoroughness!!!
