The room had bugs, I had a video to prove my claim. I was only staying overnight due to me flying back home from my cruise. I showed the manager the video and she claimed I didnt call in to report the bugs and that there is nothing she can do. I didnt argue, I simply told her I was a travel agent and I knew exacly how to handle it. For the price I paid for the room, I shouldn't have any issues with large bugs in my bathroom and bedroom running across my feet and arm. As I stated, I have videos to prove my claim and was totally ignored. I pray that management contatcts me so we can get this rectified. One dissatisfied customer can take major potential revenue to te establishment. I definitely will not be sending any of my clients to this establishment.
