We booked this 3 bedroom for our family trip to Disneyworld. The only thing this place has is a good location from the parks. The staff is rude and not accommodating at all. We asked for additional towels since we only received 4 towels for 5 people and was told we had to pay $7 additional per towel. Our unit was near the pool that consistently had loud people playing loud music till about 1am every night. We also ran out of toilet paper and asked for a few rolls and was brought 1 additional roll per unit. The closets were barely hanging on the hinges and they knocked on our door the day we left at 9:59 am to start cleaning. I would not recommend this place to anyone who is traveling with a family. We will never return again. The staff is rude and unhelpful!

We booked there for a weekend getaway to Kennedy Space Center and Sea World. Our room was clean. The bathroom was well stocked with towels and toiletries. I did not like the tub in the middle of our bedroom though. The kitchen was a nice set up with coffee and supplies and even a microwave popcorn for snack. There were dishes available for use. The couch and chairs were comfortable and a variety of TV stations. Our balcony was nice, but the weather was hot, so we did not hang out there. We had a washer and dryer and laundry powder was provided.

Great location. Shops and restaurants close by.

These are the down falls, but not bad enough for a bad review. Our dishwasher did not work. The dryer got hot, but did a poor job drying(took 5 hours to dry clothes). I notified the front desk when I checked out. When we arrived, the guard station did not have our name, so that was a bit of a hassle. Once we got in the gate check in was smooth.(print out your reservation just to be safe at the guard gate) For a resort this size they need a 2nd pool. It was very crowded so we did not attempt it.

I would probably stay here again.
