Loved my 6 night stay. The shower was big. The AC in the room worked perfectly. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Every night we came back from the park we had fresh towels and the bed was made again. The Starbucks and Pizza Hut were time savers. The Hotel Grille had some tasty fish tacos. Only about 10 mins from all the parks and 30 mins from SeaWorld. When I first checked in I thought I wasn’t going to like my stay. I was tired from a long drive and was ready for bed and my door to my room wouldn’t open up. The handle needed to be picked up hard instead of down. I called the front desk and I was told to pick the handle up to open it. And the hallway on my floor had a weird smell. But the smell wasn’t in my room thankfully or anywhere else in the hotel. It smelled good in my room. I believe I would definitely come back if needed.

HAIZEL THE BARTENDER!!! Need I say more?!? She is the bright, sparkly light beaming from the hotel's wonderful bar and food court area. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed - and even created some fun and yummy drinks for the kids!! The food is quite good, including the breakfast which offered Belgian waffles, fresh scrabled eggs, crispy bacon, creals, breads, coffee, etc.

The hotel is CLOSE TO EVERYTHING. It was clean, well-appointed, and the staff was very friendly. You can tell the property is well-managed when the people who work there are smiling and seem happy as they go about their day.

And...no surprise...the Hotel Manager, ANTHONY, was an absolute sweetheart and helped us when we had an issue with our room. Sometimes things happen that no one can control. He was apologetic, offered everything at his disposal to help us, and swiftly made things right.

The hotel was clean and staffed by helpful and awesome personnel. Love the place! It was convenient to so many tourist spots and near awesome restaurants. We definitely plan to stay there again. I recommend this hotel to everyone.
