We had stayed in the mimosa room. It was a clean no frills room and exactly what we were looking for. The rooms were smaller but Perfect for 2 people. The walk to the beach was probably a few hundred feet away with free chairs and towels at your accessibility. We had free coffee every morning on our walk to the beach as well. We were also fortunate enough to rent a 6 passenger golf cart from cedar cove that was reasonably priced and well worth the money. Overall we loved our stay and would recommend the cedar cove resort to anyone trying to find a nice, affordable place to stay on Anna Maria Island.

My wife and I spent only one night in the Wildflower room and it was perfect. You could easily spend a few days or a week and have everything you need right there. The overall place was amazing! They seemed to have thought of everything you might need or want. Whether you were in the room or hanging out on the beach. There were lounge chairs, small beach tables, umbrellas and coolers that you could use, all free of charge. They have grills if you would like to grill. Activities to help you get to know other guests. If you hang around after you check out like my wife and I did to enjoy the beach one last time they have an amazing restroom/shower so you clean up before you get on the road. We were here just to check out Anna Maria Island but knowing there are amazing places like this to stay insures we will be back.

Great location, clean rooms, and super friendly staff! Right on the beach and very close to great restaurants and bars. Full size fridge, well-appointed kitchen, free wifi and parking. Would absolutely stay again!

After "stumbling" onto this little quiet beach resort, we were delighted to discover how clean and fresh the rooms were. Throughout our 12-day stay, we were treated to friendly faces, helpful & dedicated staff, and a surprise cookout and music night. Realizing that we had discovered something special, we immediately booked our 2024 stay. The sandy beaches are immediately outside one's door and plentiful lounge chairs & oversized beach towels are available for the guests. Oh...did I mention the sunsets? Thank you Cedar Cove--we'll be back! :)

This was our first time to Anna Maria Island.
(We usually went to Sanibel Island but had to change plans due to the hurricane damage on Sanibel)
The Cedar Cove was a perfect location. We stayed in the Key Lime Unit and it was closer to the beach than what the map looks like so we were pleased about that. The unit was clean and quiet and the beds were comfortable. Crossing the street was no big deal. The ladies at the front desk were so nice and helpful. We loved using the bikes to ride around the island. The beach was beautiful and it was nice to have access to beach accessories. The trolley stop is very close too. We had a lovely time here and look forward to returning .
