This hotel was just wonderful. All of the staff were so kind, the location is just amazing, and the service here was just phenomenal. I will only ever stay at this hotel every single time I travel to Ft Myers.

We stayed here a few days before Christmas. It was a nice property which had only been open for 3 days following hurricane Ian 3 months ago. The outlet mall across the street is closed after the hurricane. We went to the Ford Edison Winter Homes 12 miles away for $25/person and enjoyed that. The hotel did not have the full buffet breakfasts yet but did their best to offer something. The rooms were quite large and the beds were comfortable.
If your room key does not seem to work try pulling the handle up instead of pushing down.

I am very disappointed in this hotel. I left a brand new Cell Phone charger in room 624 last Thursday August 18th, when i checked out. I remembered the cell phone charger when i arrived home and unpacked. I called the front desk immediately and reported the missing charger and was told nothing was found so i must not have left it there. However I did. I called back again to speak with the housekeeping manager and was told that they were not in and to call back Monday. Today I called back and was told the manger was still not in and nothing was turned in. So that tells me that he person who cleaned the room stole the charger as it was a brand new USB C Apple charger with matching white lightning cable with my initials written on it, JGL. It was plugged into the outlet over the bed on the nightstand, Or they threw it away which is not in the Marriott handbook as I used to work there and I know all lost and found items have to be turned in to the housekeeping manager.
The cleaning person surely would have discovered it when they made the bed. The person who i spoke to dismissed me as if the charger is an insignificant thing and did not seem to care about my calls looking fr it. I am an ex Marriott employee and used to love Marriott as we were taught the customer is always right or at least needs to be respected when they have an issue. This does not seem to be the case with this Marriott property. I understand this is only $50.00 to replace, but it is the principle of the matter. I am waiting for the housekeeping manger or the general manger to call me so i can update this review.

I travel a lot and for personal travel I like the Residence Inn chain for my family. It has a full kitchen that is great for long stays or when you don't want to go out to eat. Some have the option of 1 room with 2 bedrooms suite, which is amazing when travel with a larger family.
I stayed 2 times in this hotel in June and will come back for sure.
Staff are really nice and helpful.
Breakfast is included and have good options. Lots of parking spaces too.
The location is perfect: quick drive to Sanibel beach or Fort Myers beach. And you have the Sanibel Outlets right in front of you too. Publix market right next to you.

First-time stay at this location. Researched, and chosen, as it's ideal for the short drive to both Ft. Meyers Beach and Sanibel Island. Living space was very clean; full kitchen with the addition of dishes and cutlery. Yes, I would stay there again. Front desk management was "on point" in addressing the ghost ant issue.

Bathroom was awful!! Lighting is poor!! No hooks around the bathroom area. You had a stupid sign in the bathroom: "WE CARE Help save energy and water by hanging up your towels to reuse them." Our bathroom had NO towel bars or anything else to hang these small bath towels!!!!! The bathroom mirror had scratch all over and hard to see you. The shower was dirty - a dirty wash rag was in the shower and showed us how your room service cleans with a dirty rag!!! Your so called couch, when sat on went to the floor and hard for old people to get up. Not impressed when we came in, both associates were on the floor trying to figure out how to put the toner in the printer. We had to wait for them to finish before we could check in!! Your rooms need an update, period!
