Helpful accommodating staff and quality amenities make this an ideal place to spend some or an extended time while in the area. Thoughtful attention and roomy apartment like accommodations are well thought out and really the people at this property have thought of everything to take care of you. US/Florida hotel level is not more at international top - and rather expensive also because of overvalued US-Dollar. Yet, price-value at this resort is fine, mostly as they are renovating/upgrading now step by step. Concerning use of Interval-ownership-reservation I still do not understand why I had to pay an additional "resort fee" in this place, but not in another (even greater) resort nearby.

The resort fee isn't an Interval Interational fee, rather this is a fee paid to the resort for self-parking for one car; sport courts and equipment: basketball, tennis, volleyball, shuffleboard, ping-pong; barbecue equipment; Pressreader access; board games and puzzles rentals. Great location for our Disney trip. Really good room size that easily fit our family of 5. The suite has great amenities such as a full kitchen and full size fridge freezer as well as all the cutler and utensils that you would need. The room also has a nice private covered balcony.
Additionally there was nice looking pool and kids play area (we didn’t use these).

We were 4 guys coming down for a golf trip.
The place was quiet and location was perfect for us. Very fairly priced, excellent customer service and very clean.
Had everything we needed. Very happy with our stay. Would recommend !
