Ok stay, but expected better

Only one washer and machine and both were out of order when needed. Dining area had no curtains to hide the sun and it was a challenge trying to find a spot to eat with no sun in your face. Sink water was connected wrong and was not connected correctly after complaining there was no hot water. Also shower took several minutes to get hot and wifi was very unreliable . Had to reboot my streaming stick every day

Usually I like Hampton Inn hotels, but I was a little disappointed in this one. I requested a vegetarian option for breakfast (no meat in the eggs) but apparently that request never made it to the kitchen, so Sunday, there was no acceptable protein to eat, only carbs. Second, the bed creaked with every movement. It was comfortable, but noisy. Third, the a/c was really loud! I had to keep it on at night b/c of the weather, otherwise I would have kept it off. The one staff member I interacted with, Marcos, I think??, was very friendly, so that was nice.

Room tip: If you don't eat meat, make sure they know to make you meatless egg options. Ot maybe take your own.

Stayed here one nite in March. Am Hilton Honors and tried to check in just after noon. Desk clerk said can't check in till after 3pm. I said well, let me check my luggage at least. once I got in she magically found a room available. got in room and thermostat did not work. called front desk same clerk said she would send maintenance. I asked for a different room. she would not until maintenance came. Maintenance came and messed with thermostat. said fixed, but did not. was freezing in morning and would not work. left my phone and computer charger in room. called them same day when I realized. said would have to wait till next day. I called them 3 times and they blew me off then finally responded that there were no chargers left in room. Absolute lie. TERRIBLE customer service. go to another hotel; there are several in area.

Extremely friendly staff, quiet room, vast variety of breakfast items, overall appearance impeccable. Location was perfect, easy access to Interstate 25, downtown Pueblo and the Riverwalk were within 10 minutes of driving time.

Do not even bother using your Diamond Benefits at this place. Check Out Time is 11. A late check-out request of even an hour will be denied. Then the front desk will try to show you whos the boss and add fees to your room. Pet fee, Smoking fee, Early Check in Fee, Extra towel fee. Unauthorized fees charged to your credit card are the only elite benefits you should expect at this hotel.

We appreciate all the feedback from all our gusts. I am so sorry you feel that our hotel does not follow policy with all Hilton Honors members. All late checkouts are upon availability and that's for all our guests. We have a sign posted at the front desk that we do not have the availability for any late checkouts due to the occupancy. All rooms need to be cleaned by 3pm so the new guests coming in have their room ready for them.
My front desk agents are just following the policy and are not trying to show whos boss my no means , and I am very sorry to hear that you feel that way.
Fees are charged if policy is not being followed and we have all guests sign and understand what will be charged. I can promise you early check in fees don't apply along with extra towel fees.
We do appreciate all the feedback and I hope you have great travels.

We we’re coming g from Kansas on our way up state route 50 toward Montrose Colorado. The location of this hotel was excellent for access to route 50 and I-25. Lots of food options nearby and clean rooms. The staff helped us correct a reservation made for the Southern Hampton Inn and gave us a great rate for the same room. We had a great experience.
