Pagosa Springs timeshare was an excellent choice. Big, clean 2 bedroom unit with everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with very nice dinnerware, silverware, glassware and pans and other cooking items. We were on 2nd level with nice view of the large, quiet pond and had a sturdy table and 4 chairs to sit in the morning and evening. Good help from the welcome center with dining options, activities nearby, and trail/hike info. We even took a hot air balloon ride.
We chose this timeshare so we could get to train trips from Chama, NM and Durango,CO. Perfect choice! We hope to return with family or friends.

We were in the Eagle Lofts so it was private and there was lots of space. Being on the lake was beautiful. They are old but fairly well maintained with some upgrades. The bed was comfortable. The check-in was easy. Restaurants, coffee shop within a mile so easy walking distance.

Beautiful location and great staff, but units are so outdated it's not worth it. Old mattress, bugs in ceiling, yellowing bath tub and shower, leather peeling on sofa. Mosquitoes bad at night if not raining.
