We booked two suite rooms on our way north to Seattle. The rooms were large and spacious with a kitchenette. It was a quiet place, and the rooms were clean. WiFi worked well, and staff was friendly. All in all a good place to stay while in Denver.

Upon inspecting my room, I noticed what appeared to be blood and fecal stains on the bedspread. I went to the front desk with photos. I was met by a very passive aggressive front desk clerk named Bran. The first thing he said is "what would you like to do"? I said take a look at these photos. His response was " well it's not like it's a murder scene". No apology, no, let me make this right by getting you another room. Instead, he insisted on arguing even more and telling me that if I didn't like it, I could go to another hotel. He then started taking it very personal that I wanted another "Clean" room without blood and other stains on the bed. At first, I didn't even know if he was the clerk on duty or the maintenance man due to the lack of professionalism and the backwards baseball cap. I finally ended up getting another room, but not before several more backhanded comments.

There is no way I would recommend this hotel to even an enemy. Stear clear, as there are several other hotels within a block of here that will treat you better and provide a cleaner room.

Plumbing issues. Tub had black mold “lots” around the drain. Sink drained slowly. Breakfast was mediocre. But the real issue was mold around tub drain. We were unable to give our one year old a bath. Other than that, no issues. The pool reeked of chlorine, but with so many guests that was understandable.
