It was so much fun the pool is also big enough so you can swim and do laps and the staff especially Christian was nice

I had such a great experience staying in this hotel. Christian was so helpful and so nice he made sure everything was great love it ! The pool and the room was super clean. If you want to stay somewhere where to have fun and just relax this is the perfect place

I’ll start with the good; for a chain the breakfasts are excellent and the breakfast area is very clean. There is plenty of hot water and comfortable linens and beds. Now the bad; our last visit last month the heat was not on when we got into the room and the thermostat did not work. We had to switch rooms. On this visit, the thermostat was off and the room was exceptionally cold as there was a snowstorm outside. We had to wear full winter jackets inside the room for over three hours before the room finally heated up to even a “cool” temperature. I understand Hampton may not want to heat empty rooms, but it seems to me when they assign a room,prior to check in. staff should’ve turned the heat back on hours before we got there. We have also been told that after hours there is no maintenance people available or staff other than the front desk staff.

We have been to many Hamptons, actually it always my choice when I travel..this one must be a stepchild...not at all up to the standards of a Hampton..wonder if it was something else crappy ,and they bought it without binging it up to its standard..
sheets on the bed seemed used..pillow cases were stained or dirty
towels looked and felt like they had been at the gym,and they bought them
used..scratchy and stiff
elevator was broken
pool area was dirty
all public wastebaskets were overflowing..paper towels were all over the floor
no shampoo or shower gel..containers were empty
there was never anyone at the front desk to ask for anything..like shampoo!..always chatting in the back room..
I left a note there there first day requesting shampoo,and it was still sitting there 24 hours later..

There is a beautiful Marriott right next door...consider it instead..
I received no satisfaction from the manger after reporting these concerns..and because it was a college graduation weekend it was expensive!

Room tip: Don't stay here

There are no cameras or security in the parking lots at night. Our car was damaged when someone tried to break into it. We were right up front under a light even. Then when I informed the front desk of this, the manager didn’t even say anything to us. Even heard the clerk say “that’s them”. Shame on your staff. I feel violated and unsafe ever staying with you again.

Everything worked as planned. The reservations were accurate and although we arrived a little early they were able to accommodate us. The room was clean, bathroom was clean and had nice amenities.

We were there three nights and each morning a different appealing selection was available.

The hotel staff was very accommodating. Enjoyed our three days.

I would not recommend this hotel. I don't like when people mess with my money. The incompetence of the management charged me incorrectly. They took every cent I had in my debit card and overdrew my credit card. I believe I was the perfect guest in this hotel. I was still treated by the manager and her under Clerk. All because I was asking for a receipt and for them to fix what they did. If you value your money go to another hotel.
