Everything worked as planned. The reservations were accurate and although we arrived a little early they were able to accommodate us. The room was clean, bathroom was clean and had nice amenities.
We were there three nights and each morning a different appealing selection was available.
The hotel staff was very accommodating. Enjoyed our three days.

Stayed here and took shuttle to New Years Eve party nearby. Room was clean, bed was very comfortable and big flat screen TV. Desk staff provided bottled water on arrival and complimentary coffee available

We stayed here for 4 nights in January 2021 - during Covid. We had a great stay. It was very safe and sanitized. The ladies at the front desk are awesome - super friendly and helpful! The breakfast attendant on Friday and Saturday (Maria) was delightful! She made us feel very welcome and made sure that we had everything we wanted for breakfast and beyond. During the 15 minutes that we sat down for breakfast Maria came into the dining area to clean and sanitize the tables and chairs - 3 times, (all the while she was also making and serving food for the hotel guests)! I only gave it a 4 for "sleep quality" because the pillows were a bit too flat or skinny for me. But we still enjoyed our stay and believe they did a fantastic job!

Not only did these people assure me the room was feather-free after being put in notice that I have a serious feather allergy, but when I manifested a reaction and uncovered 7 feather pillows of the 8 in the room, they told me they had bo feather-free pillows, and besides, they were not feather pillows, they were down. When I objected that down was bird feathers, they told me I was wrong!
This place is ignorant, over priced, negligent, and very worn, small, poorly equipped rooms.
Do yourself a favor and go instead to the very close-by and convenience Hilton Home2 Suites…huge new rooms, enlightened and excellent staff, great location.

Thank you Kevin and Olga! Kevin the manager was such a great nice guy. He really took care of my daughter and I while we stayed here over the weekend. He gave us a great room with a fantastic view. He also gave us some great recommendations for eating establishments and genuinely cared.
Olga made sure I had food that I could eat and made me something extra that was gluten free when there weren't too many items available.

Pulled up and property was new and well kept. Check in process was efficient. So efficient the front desk clerk did not give Hilton Honors benefits. I assumed they were in the room. That assumption proved wrong.
I also assumed a room during Covid would be clean. We walked in to a room with crumbs all over the floor. That assumption proved wrong.
I then assumed a room for 4 guests would have four towels and if not they would bring them up. As I headed down the elevator after being told by front desk to come get them I learned this was also wrong.
I picked up towels and my missing Hilton honors waters and went to what I assumed would be a relatively stocked Hilton suite shop. Walking in I had flashbacks to my grocery store during the early days of Covid. I will allow the pics to speak for themselves.
I also assumed a hotel this large would have two functioning elevators. If you’ve read this far you know where I’m going with this….only one shaft works and the lines for the elevator were two to three carloads deep so you were waiting quite a while and packed in like sardines on each trip which is not best for the unvaccinated.
Your hot food is served by a hotel employee which is smart given Covid issues. The breakfast area is well stocked and good variety. The seating if limited if hotel is full so plan accordingly.
So in summation do not assume this is a Hampton that is to the Hampton standard in terms of service and amenities.

We reserved a room with 2 Queen beds 2 months in advance as my husband and 20 year old son were running in a race. When we arrived, they put us in a King room. When we asked for the room we reserved in advance, the manager Camille said " sorry we overbooked". I explained that we need the 2 beds and she brought an uncomfortable twin rollaway for our 6'3" 200 lb son. She told us her kids often slept on the floor implying we should be happy with the rollaway. Also the room 503 smelled strongly of chlorine and the hotel was out of shampoo and had limited towels. To add to the list of problems, the elevators were so slow we took 5 flights of stairs and a large wedding party was loud at all hours. Needless to say, our son barely slept the night before his race. Very disappointed in this Hampton location.

I stayed here while visiting my corp. HQ in June, 21. At first blush...not bad. Got to my room and while, clean, it was decidedly not what I'd expect from a Hilton property. Bare necessities, felt old.
The bed was hard. The carpets dirty. The wallpaper in the bathroom had been patched--poorly. The bathroom door was coming apart from the humidity.
But what really got me was the A/C. It DOES get warm in Denver during the day. This property, like so many others, has put their A/C on motion control. So, while in your room awake and moving around, you're golden. Nice and cool.
But, if you stay out of your room and only come in at night, then go right to bed, then your room never cools down and it certainly does not stay cool while you sleep. I turned the A/C to 64 and it didn't come on and more frequently (about once every 10 minutes) and didn't stay on any longer (maybe 2 minutes). So, I slept hot and slept poorly!
The coup de grais was when I requested a 2 am wake up call...you know...to catch my flight; and it never came. Luckily, I also set my phone to wake me up.
Never again. And it's too bad too because the staff is nice and the rest of the property is decent.
TO ALL HOTEL OWNERS - Recognize that saving a few $$ per guest on A/C is not worth it if those guests never return and if they tell others not to come.

Avoid maid service, nearly spraid cleaner on anexpensive computer screen, knocked delicate items on ground including glasses, was more of danger than help . Otherwise, you can't ask for much more for a productive base of operations when visiting Denver for business. The king studio on 6th floor is really like a mini apartment and the front desk is very responsive. Location is perfect. Would prefer if laundry was better and if back parking lot door electronic lock actually worked.

The grounds & building were very clean. Disinfected in lobby& staff wearing mask. No additional marking that room was disinfected. Our room on 1st floor needs TLC, curtain hems falling out, wallpaper peeling in bathroom, table lamp switch broken off. There were NO ports for plugs in our electronic devices…. How is that possible in today’s world?
Staff very friendly. Be careful on location. It is in Littleton, but listed as Denver/Highland.
Also, sheets & mattress cover do not fit the king bed. Assuming watched so much they have shrunk. Slid off every night. Bed very firm.

I honestly cannot remember. I would pick up the phone and call them directly at that location and ask.
6 to 8 am and this hotel was filthy
I don't believe so. Was there a week, didn't see any pets. The Jacuzzi was out of order and the ac didn't work properly. Find somewhere else until they fix those things. The room got too hot at night.
I'm so sorry to hear that you are missing items from your room. Please contact the hotel directly so that we can work on resolving this matter.
