Stayed for a quick weekend trip over labor day. Room was clean and comfortable. Location was great with nice walkability. Alex at valet was awesome and quickly got our car when needed. Great valet customer service.

We were there for a week and the entire stay was fantastic. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast every morning as we were on a budget but were not upset one bit about it. The breakfast bar was always full of food and it was usually something different each day. The hotel was in a perfect spot and we were able to see all the museums, go shopping, eat a bunch of great food, and even had access to go hiking if you take the right bus. Would highly recommend!

Excellent customer service from lobby staff and breakfast wait staff. Hotel was immaculate and the rooms very comfortable and extremely clean. Would definitely stay here again. Location is in the center of downtown and across the street from the 16th Street Mall area. The only downside was the $45 per night for valet parking. Self-Parking was available directly across the street for slightly lesser amount.

Hotel staff was pretty friendly aside for the girl at the front desk. The room however seemed to be cleaned half ass before we got there.. coulda been cleaned wayyyy better, and the pillows were too soft for my liking.

Alex was super helpful at proving reccomondations. He was also very positive and helped make our trip more enjoyable! I would definitely come back here just because of the service provided at the front with Alex.

Room was high priced compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at. Photos show a bath tub and there was not and my 3 year old is terrified of the shower. Room was not ready when I arrived. Had to request towels every time we went to the pool.
