I stayed at this location for a business trip. My request for early check-in was accommodated with a smile. The staff were friendly and the hotel room was spacious and clean. The location is across the street from the Pavilion Mall and in walking distance to several good restaurants, entertainment, and public transit. Breakfast was good and the conference rooms were comfortable for our workshop. The only negative was the uncomfortable pillows and sofa, but it was not a deal breaker.

Overall a good experience. Room setup was funny so we moved the couch and were pleasantly surprised at how clean it was underneath! Staff were incredible. Breakfast was very good. Alex, Evan, and Hunter in valet were fantastic. Super friendly and helped us load and unload the car and engaged in pleasant conversation. Parking is valet $45 per day. The system is great, text from your phone and they give you a time (typically 5-15 minutes) to get your car. There is less pricy parking across the street. Location is perfect. A block from the 16th street mall with lots of shops and restaurants.

Went in for a fun weekend in Denver and I was very impressed with the price (I’m typically a much more splurgy hotel stayer) that I had an adequately updated, modern room with tv to bed distance space ratio (important!!), comfortable bed, great bathroom toiletries brand and at last - the location was spot on to everything you want to do! Ice water always available. Cookies were great in the afternoon. I actually enjoyed time in than out for a few hours. I will def choose again !

This is the last time I will use Hilton. The valet service stole items out of my truck after charging me $45 a night, I watched the valet back my brand new truck into a gate and then denied it after I confronted them and the front desk did nothing to solve the issue. They told me the valet is a 3rd party and not part of Hilton. This location only has 2 luggage carts to service the whole hotel so that was annoying. The first night we found a shattered glass in one of the cooking pans scary when having little kids and it shows they did not check the room. The hot tub was disgusting! It looked like some one put tea bags into it and it smelled terrible. Honestly this hotel is a joke I would never recommend. Go stay in a holiday inn you will be treated 100% better

First i want to say the this was my birthday trip. the night the we get there we found the we don't have parking available for our rental car. and is ok, maybe we didn't check before to rent a room here.
The second day, we went to boulder and we talk with the people so they can clean our room. but unfortunately we get there almost at 9 pm from boulder and when we open de room nothing was done, that means the we have to organized and go to the front desk and ask for shampoo, conditioner, sugar, towels, the basics.
Next day, the day of my birthday we also ask to clean the room, because we went again to boulder, and when we get there the room was clean, everything perfect. But now the only detail was the i brought a very expensive earrings to use them with a nice dress for my birthday, i left them in my night table i looked everywhere and immediately call to the front desk to ask them if they can check with the person who clean the room, the guy was very unhelpful so we talk with other girl and she was the only who did something for us she gave us the trash from our room and we look in to, but we didn't find them. Next day we have to left the hotel and nobody say nothing, to at least tell us the they check with the person who clean the room or something like that. I want to say the i have worked in housekeeping and i know how they do their job and basically you clean but you have to be very carefull with things like that, especially with personal things.
Anyway my reflexion about this, is PEOPLE, you are very lucky to have a job, im talking about the managers there, you should ask and call me with an answer to what happened with the person who clean our room, or at least say sorry for it.
If you are the low of percentage of people who still are working and the middle of this crisis please do your best, because is a lot of people who don't have that opportunities, don't be mediocre.

I had a reservation at the Homewood suites that I couldn't make because I'm in the military and I work in the hospital and I tried to cancel and not only do they charge me for the night I resorted to but them they charged me another $100 to cancel for a grand total of $200 they said working in military ERvon standby usnt s good enough reason to waive the 100 dollar cancellation fee. Like it wasn't enough that they got the $100 for the one night they had to charge another 100 to cancel. Never staying with hilton again

We thoroughly loved our stay here! We wanted to raise attention to the food and beverage manager: Kevin Smith, and the two wait staff during breakfast: Makala and Daniel. Kevin was very friendly, and came by to make sure we had everything we needed. He also gave us suggestions on things to do in the city. Thank you also to Makala and Daniel. They were extremely attentive, always smiling, eager to grab things for us (and all other guests) and helped clear our table. All staff made sure food/ condiments/ silverware/ drinks were always constantly replenished. They even brought our child a puzzle and candy to take home. She was very excited about that part and exclaimed “this is the best hotel ever!”

The front desk team at this hotel is worth the trip! The location in Denver is excellent although if you have a car park in the underground parking lot at the shopping center across the street, you will save a fortune if you do. Now about the staff; I was having the trip from hell, my close friend for over 30 years and I drove from NY to Denver to go skiing, on the trip my friend was acting like a complete narcissist and devaluing me and treating me like I was a piece of S#%T! We were staying at this hotel and when the front desk team saw a little of what was happening and when I came to them to ask for any help they can offer Jermaine sprang into action to do whatever he could to assist me. Each member of the front desk, seeing me in tears and catching glimpses of what was going on first and foremost. made sure I was in no physical danger (which I assured them I was not, my friend on the other hand was the one to worry about 😂😂btw I am a girl and my friend is a guy). Once they were satisfied that I was in fact physically safe they worked on getting me out of a mentally abusive situation. Jermaine got me the best rate he could for me to get a room for the night (otherwise I wouldn't have been able to afford it) he could see I was in a desperate situation and with the rate he gave me I was able to escape hell!!! He was so friendly and so caring and so willing to make sure he could help out, it was so nice as opposed to how my friend was treating me. The next day still more needed to be done to get me all the way to home, so I went down and the most compassionate, incredible, amazing woman Jaquikeyah (who although she is age wise young, was super professional and mature- her parents should be proud of how well they did raising her). What a beautiful woman inside and out!! I can not say enough about how much this virtual stranger cared about me and my situation and did everything she could to make things better for me. I was in tears from the kindness I received from these two standouts who helped out someone who is not a Hilton honors member, not a big spender but a girl caught up in a mess who had nothing to offer yet they still treated me like I was a high roller diamond club status elite. I was so moved by their compassion, I then met Will, who deserves a shout out because he is their manager, this is his team! I wanted to reach out to Will to let him know how much their compassion helped me through. Will had such a sweet friendly smile and I can tell he was kind to his team and his team paid that kindness forward to me. The hotel is beautiful but your stay and the experience will be even better with a team like this. THANK YOU so much agin to Jermaine, Jaquikeyah and Will. I was at a real low and feeling broken and unworthy after days of mental abuse from a friend but the kindness they brought forward when I needed it the most meant/means so much to me ❤️

As exhibitors at the International Sportsmen's Expo it was the BEST choice to stay at Homewood Suites. It's walking distance from the Convention Center which makes it so convenient. The rooms are spacious & beautiful & has everything you could need. A perfect home away from home. We stayed for 5 nights. The fitness center is great with a variety of equipment options. Breakfast time is actually something to look forward to here with a variety of options & great service. We'll definitely return when we visit Denver again.

Excellent customer service from lobby staff and breakfast wait staff. Hotel was immaculate and the rooms very comfortable and extremely clean. Would definitely stay here again. Location is in the center of downtown and across the street from the 16th Street Mall area. The only downside was the $45 per night for valet parking. Self-Parking was available directly across the street for slightly lesser amount.

Breakfast 6-10, plan on earlier bc of lines (you’re not the only one taking advantage). Managers social hour is Mon-Thurs, 5p-7p and well worth it. Don’t forget to take care of the bartenders!
