Years ago I have a good impression of this resort because it looks so nice and romantic but my overnight stay recently made me change my impression.
First the type of room was not worth the cost as it was old, not with good ambiance, the bed was not soft and we were just given a thin sheet of blanket. The toiletries were just one piece of small soap and roll of tissue I think. I booked the room with hot shower but when we tried to use it, there was no water flowing. I asked at the counter, and the lady in the counter told me i must tell them if we would use the hot shower so they can switch it on. It seems they have a control in their counter. But still there was no hot water though we followed the instruction in the heater, so we just called for assistance. I asked about complimentary bottled water and said I must buy. No complimentary water.
The good thing, they have an outdoor restaurant which guests can dine though food and drinks are very limited. But the waiters give good service.
Would be nice if they can improve their services and amenities better not just on focusing on earning money. Times are changing and competition is tight. They don't even satisfy the queries of customer. I messaged them in Facebook and I was just sent the rates. When I asked further, no reply was given.
Next time, I would go to other nearby resorts.
