I will say to send the maintenance person on charge there are few items that need attention the bath tub is peeling off. and the towel holder is broken. the kitchen cabinet need to be check looks damge by fungus.

Stayed here 3 nights, and not impressed. The 2-bedroom in the Canyon (bldg 4) is dated, shows obvious signs of wear (carpet, furniture, paint, dings in the doors and moldings), and had many issues related to attention to detail. Our in-room dishes were literally dirty with food residue on them. The place is okay if you are looking for a cheap weekend family get-away for your niños. Pool was hot as f*k...like 85 degrees...not refreshing, they need to install some aerators to cool the water, and the water is cloudy like people-soup, swimming with debris, lint, hair, dead skin...gross! Food at the pool is $16 for an entree, and $10 for a beer. Nice grounds overall but lacking finesse and detail, like going to Tijuana.

Great resort for families. The kids loved the pool with the slides and the hot tub even in the heat! The resort had a basketball court that our boys loved to take advantage of as well. Great resort for the family.

My husband and I get out to Palm Canyon any chance we get. It’s a beautiful relaxing resort where I know all my needs will be met or exceeded. Clean, comfy bed, large room, all the amenities and so relaxing. This is where my husband and I recharge our batteries then return the our busy lives.

Dirty and filthy never buy a timeshare this the worst investment we ever made from monarch grand vacation to diamond resort and now it’s Hilton all promise and no improvement and carpets are old they only maintain the outside😂

From the moment you get there this place screams mediocre, they are so far away from most things yet haven't spent much on any upgrades to make up for it. There's a cafe that serves the pool deck and we're done.
The concierge desk cannot help with anything, every time I asked the response was we didn't have access to that, you'll have to ask the front desk. The front desk was constantly overwhelmed. There was always more staff doing nothing at the concierge desk than front desk agents try to get something done.
There are laminate notes in the rooms basically apologizing for the terrible carpet, blaming it on the color, the color doesn't help with the feel or the fact that the padding is so worn that it is not comfortable to walk on barefoot.
The shower head only came up to my shoulder, I'm 6'2" (188cm) they tried to fix it by installing a fancy hand held wand and an oversized rain head, the wand just hits the rain head hand dribbles behind it.
This is a timeshare owners pay a maintenance fee some has been skimming it for years because none of it has been spent on maintenance.
The staff tries but the previous management didn't give them much to work with.
On a bright note the Canyon Spa is fantastic, Mary and her crew almost made up for a perfectly average week.
