Pool is behind the unit with BBQ's around the pool.
Bedrooms are separated by the living room.

Review of Desert Breezes Resort

We are here right now and I have to say that you need to consider the downside and the plus.
We are in a 1b ground floor, the place is outdated on the older side like others mentioned but it is clean. It could use some upgrades like the showers/tubs and stove.
Be aware that if you have people above you it will be a nightmare. It's like we have a herd of elephants above us, nothing we can do the construction is cheap. It is hard to deal with this to be honest so if you don't like noise request a second floor unit.
Our stove is old and only have 2 electric burners working and the sliding door doesn't lock. We reported it.
The pool needs some TLC looks like there is a plan to resurface the entire area as it is falling apart but the pool area is nicely laid out with plenty of seating and share options.
I have to say that people staying here are really nice and respectful. The apartment has the basics and it's well located.
For family with kids the pool is fun as they will meet others and play together all day.
I would come back if I can secure an upstair unit or make sure no one will be upstairs.....

I love this resort - we've have been coming for 36 years (would have been more, but pandemic intervened), and we love it here. Calm, mostly quiet (a few teenaged idiots drag-racing on the main thoroughfare, but since 'Rona that's been a problem everywhere it seems). I love the pond with the koi, turtles and ducks ... we saw a roadrunner again this year as well. Well kept lobbies, rooms, pool areas, tennis courts and walkways. I always come home rejuvenated.
Room tip: All the buildings face the pools (3 to choose from) so you can't miss.

Overall resort was good. Very clean. A little outdated but still nice. Pools and hottubs need attention. But the grounds were clean and kept up. Would stay here again. Close to shopping and dining. Golf course on every corner.

This is a beautiful resort with a top tennis court facility. Great place for families. Easy access to units and perfect for scenic walks/jogs. Bernadette assisted with reservations. Good restaurants and shopping near-by.

First visit for my husband and I this week for a week long stay. Very impressed with this beautiful resort and the hardworking staff here. While a bit older, it’s clear the team here has worked hard to keep the infrastructure and grounds in great shape. The units are spacious, well appointed and clean and tidy. Bed was very comfortable and the pools and grounds were superbly maintained throughout the property. We had a chance to interact with both Greg and Erica at the front desk who were both very friendly and very helpful. Overall this was an excellent stay in a beautiful spot and we are looking forward to our next visit.
