I was there for 5 days and everything was great! I enjoyed my family visiting with me there and my time alone to explore the premises. Anytime I asked for any help from the office by phone call my help was there in less than 10 minutes. Repairs done. It was a burnt out patio lightbulb.

In a two bedroom unit with five of us. Murphy bed pulls out of wall in living room. Nice size kitchen, patio and bathrooms. Three televisions that were a bit tricky to use. Recommend getting a top floor to enjoy the views of the mountains and hot air balloons in the afternoon. Two main pool areas to select from. Small lazy river which was nice to use in the mornings between 8 AM and 9 AM for therapy walk against the current. Small café serving Starbucks coffee and a few food items as well as a sundry store. Tennis and basketball courts, and the most barbecues I have ever seen at a resort. we used them a couple times and recommend getting groceries at Winco or Costco and grilling there. Room had some maintenance issues. Huge cracked ceiling with mismatched paint on it. Paint poorly slapped on on base trim. Burned out light bulbs and we arrived. Ceiling was covered with scotch tape from an assumed previous party in the room? So tacky. Maintenance is extremely prompt and very helpful when you called. Replacement of towels and other needed items in the room are also very prompt.

We have now been to this resort 3 times. It is an oasis in the desert for us. Very chill, it provides us with a great spot to just hang out poolside and take it easy.
Our room was perfect for our needs. Love the fact we can get groceries at WinCo and cook our own meals, especially having the BBQ's so plentiful.
Location is great, Palm Springs, LA so close. We actually flew in and out of Vegas and Vegas is a 4 1/2 hour ride away, but through some really cool terrain in the Mojave.
Joshua Tree NP being basically in the backyard of the resort was a highlight as well.
As owners, we really appreciated the check in service and the work staff out in to maintain the grounds and keep visitors safe.

Great place, fun, different. great to travel to palm springs, and all around indio and that area. Joshua tree national park was great, went to santa monica, and la for a while. Palm sprigs was great though.

We had a two bedroom suite for the four of us (adults). The staff was quick at check-in and we needed assistance with the room and the staff was fast. The resort was clean, quiet, and in good working order. We went in November and not too crowded. I would recomment.
