Nice quiet place. Easy drive to Joshua Tree Park; old town La Quinta; Fantasy springs resort and casino and other places in Palm Springs area. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Good service - no room cleaning due to covid during stay but all requests are satisfied within minutes (clean towels, additional shampoos, etc).

We have now been to this resort 3 times. It is an oasis in the desert for us. Very chill, it provides us with a great spot to just hang out poolside and take it easy.
Our room was perfect for our needs. Love the fact we can get groceries at WinCo and cook our own meals, especially having the BBQ's so plentiful.
Location is great, Palm Springs, LA so close. We actually flew in and out of Vegas and Vegas is a 4 1/2 hour ride away, but through some really cool terrain in the Mojave.
Joshua Tree NP being basically in the backyard of the resort was a highlight as well.
As owners, we really appreciated the check in service and the work staff out in to maintain the grounds and keep visitors safe.
We will be back!!

This resort has large rooms and very friendly staff. It's at least a 30 minute drive from downtown Palm Springs or Rancho Mirage, so be prepared to spend quite a bit of time in the car if those are your primary reasons for visiting the area. Our unit was not as clean as it should have been. There was a large spider web in the corner of the bedroom and tile floors left the bottoms of our feet gray. Either the cleaning crew needs to pay better attention or our unit had not been stayed in for awhile.

This review is for the timeshare tour only. They offer you to take the tour while you are staying as a guest, and promise you great breakfast. They ask you how many people are going to be at breakfast and tell you that you can take it to your room for the family members who do not wish to come to eat or to the presentation. For us, 5 people in our room, they said they order 8 breakfasts, in case someone would want seconds. They charged us $20 for that saying they order this food especially for us and it costs money. Promised to refund us when we arrive to breakfast. We got there, the breakfast was so lame, bad, not enough for seconds, not to mention take some for our kids who stayed in the room. it was not a buffet, just a lady serving you minimal amount of scrambled eggs, hash browns and sausage. 2 month later, still didn't get my $20 refund, had to call them twice to get my money back. The did the same thing to our friends. I'm sure they don't refund anyone until they call to complain, and to be honest, who really checks?? If you do go, make sure to tell them that you are there only for the 90 minutes you signed for, and will leave right when the time is up. otherwise they will keep you there for hours.

We booked the hotel for 3 nights. Night one was ok the usual unpacking getting ready and went to the pool. The next day we received notification that there was water bugs in pools and they were harmless. However they allowed for the water bugs to just get out of hand and no one was seen even trying to take care of the problem after hours or even doing preventative maintenance! Today the pool is worse and it is just gross, a pool is meant to be a clean place to swim and nonetheless their pools were not making our ridiculous price we payed of $1,000 for 3 nights seem any better we are stuck swimming in dirty pools! The other things to do around here are not favorable at all! The price is unreasonable if we were going to be staying in a big infested hotel! We payed for a luxurious stay and we got nothing more than a Motel 6 stay they should charge motel 6 prices! Do not recommend save your money!

Staying here this week and while at first it seemed ok we are now wishing we chose the other resort available via our exchange options in this area. The building we were assigned is beside construction ongoing through the 14th at least. Thus our entire week. We have machines right out our room all day and across from us a crew redoing the entire building is our view😏 we were told that even as owners with Wyndham we cannot be moved to any other of the numerous buildings here even though occupancy is way down?? Listening to crews and machines is not our idea of relaxing. The rooms bathrooms are not as pictured on exchange site. No walk in shower or hig tub. The tubs are l ice small sunken into the floor for tiny children. The toilets are so short like for children and we are both over 5ft 10. As I write this our dryer is being replaced as it has no heat. Avoid the timeshare presentation that took almost 2 hours to get a free vacation that we were told could be at 1000s if choices but instead today I registered it and the choices are 3, yes only 3 places and 2 are overseas. So, yeh, we will not be returning to this place after this kind of treatment.

What is going on with Wordmark? I have been going to Indio for years and this is just the latest if bad experiences we have had. I have been to the resort early before only to be told that I can not check in until four pm. So this time we waited to show up until four only to be told that our rooms would not be ready for two or three hours. So, let me do the math, that would mean that we could not get into our rooms until 7 o’clock at night after traveling from four am. I know that I pay plenty to have all the rooms cleaned before four pm, and not until seven shows a lack if respect to myself and my family. Maybe you need to have some of the sales staff clean and get the rooms ready for the owners that they would like to sell more credits to. I believe this is the first time we did not concede going to an owners meeting. Please do not call me and offer to sell me anything, until WorldMark show that they care about myself and my family. Your staff owe all of us an heartfelt we are sorry and we will make it up to you.

The television cable was not working most of the week. The maintenance crew was great but it was a Spectrum problem and the tv kept going out. Not free internet.... you have to pay for internet Room was smaller than expected (2 bdrm).. livingroom furniture was worn

Rooms were clean and well maintained. Grounds were well kept as well. Service was excellent, Friendly staff. Have to pay for internet was only negative. Extra towels, laundry soap and other cleaning were always accessible. Grounds and pools were well maintained.

I made a 2 bdrm unit reservation for Worldmark, then cancelled to book Club Wyndham, but we were put into a Worldmark unit which has been cancelled. I made multiple calls to the front desk to request to be move to the Club Wyndham unit (which is fully equipped and better), the front desk insisted a moving fee of $90. 1 1/2 hr call with RCI trying to get this resolved, but didn't get Club Wyndham unit today and the resort is only 50% occupancy :( Long story short, internet has been down according to other guest's review (should have read reviews before booking), no wifi in the unit. We are here for the kids summer break but working remotely, wifi is part of our life now a day. We do have a nice courtyard view from this Worldmark building ^_^ Thanks to all the guest services whom were trying to help, much appreciated!

There is no construction going on now. There was some maintenance going, new roof tiles on the bath house by the back pool, but that was finished in two days.
There are more places to choose from in the Indio area.
