We have just stayed at the Atrium Palace Hotel for 2 week's and I have to say, wow, what a brilliant hotel. I could not find fault in the hotel, staff, food and the cleanliness of the hotel. I want to say a big thank you to the hotel manager and Savvas who not only looked after us during our stay but I noticed that they spoke to every guest making sure that everything was OK. A very big thank you to Valentina and Pari for the best service I have received in any dining hotel, you work 7 days a week and you always have a smile followed by brilliant service. I have never said that I would return back to a hotel but the Atrium palace has definitely changed me as I would return in a heart beat. Thank you to all the staff for making our holiday so memorable!!!

My wife and I came back to the Atrium palace this week for the 4th time with 2 holiday's already booked here for 2023. The hotel and staff are just incredible, the food is restaurant quality and the family feel of the place is what keeps us coming back.

A few staff to mention whi are exceptional (not limited to said individuals though) are Eirina who manages the breakfast and is beyond lovely and attentive, Rena who manages the coffee bar and likewise is just amazing and the first she did was give us a hug when we arrived. Savvas who is the PR Manager was the first person to greet us when we arrived and always takes the time to make sure our day is going well and is there anything we can do type approach, Apostolos who is the General Manager of the hotel is brilliant and by far the best person in this position I have ever come across, attentive to the utmost detail, pride in the hotel itself and invests in all areas, supportive of his guests and staff and the nicest person you would ever be lucky enough to meet. Dimitri and Natalya in the Asterias restaurant are just great, the food is exceptional as is the customer touch and service.

For anyone considering coming to Rhodes, then as someone who never makes a recommendation, I feel comfortable and confident enough to say that "The Atrium Palace Thalasso Spa Resort is the place you need to be"

Enjoying our holiday here in the Atrium Palace, the people that work here are really professional and friendly, we have learned a little Greek to boot! The hotel is kept very clean and tidy, by what seems like an army of friendly individuals. The pool and beach are fab, with a great selection of drinks, delivered directly to your umbrella number, via a very nifty app.. Food is varied and of a very high standard. We will certainly recommend this establishment to our friends back home.
