Great Resort Great Price Point Premium Service and Location

We were pleasantly surprised by this resort. We wanted a quick low budget getaway to relax at the beach and unwind but instead we were treated with Premium Top notch service, cleanliness and outstanding beach. We opted for premium service which we feel was well worth the additional cost. This provided us butler service. Billy our Butler Friend is a definite asset to Dreams Resort. (I suspect once his talents are realized, he will be moved to management)(and no, he did not pay me to say that) He is a shining example of a representative for Dreams Resort. The food was excellent... Danny the breakfast Omelet chef us right up there with Billy. I am a business owner and this is a very tightly run ship! The staff is friendly and professional. The only minor small thing that I would say bad about this resort is that although the food and taste of food is excellent, if you eat when the restaurant opens, the food is hot, but after a bit the food is lukewarm. I suspect this is not the fault of the kitchen or staff, but a fault of the equipment that has been provided for to the staff for warming, presentation and serving. The food coming directly out of the kitchen is well prepared and hot. The food was definitely not a deal breaker as we will be returning with our entire family next year. The grounds are excellent and meticulously maintained. A great experience overall.
I would rate this as a 4.9999 out of 5 stars... an excellent experience.

Paradise found

The resort is beautiful, quiet, and filled with the most incredible staff.
Any resort can provide good food and entertainment but some of the Dreams staff made the trip outstanding and a place where I cannot wait to visit again just to spend more time with them…..

Gerson, the swim up bartender near the main stage. By far the best bartender in Punta Cana. He can make any drink, for any mood and for any ailment. He is an incredible ability to “just know” what you need. He sang with us, he danced with us, he shared with us and he found a place in our hearts….❤️ Our home is now his home.

For Gerson….”Kindness is not an act, it’s a reflection of your soul.”

Entertainment team was amazing

The entertainment team was completely amazing. Frida, José, Ariana,Ivana, eridany, Samanta y karely were great with our kids. They work incredibly hard in the heat and elements and with the smile and energy. They went above and beyond. Loved it!!!

Lovely Dreams

Great location amazing beach - fabulous hotel - wonderful staff. Disappointed with clubbing music around pool day and night. Not a steel band in sight, could have been Ibiza with strobe lights on beach one night. Menu in preferred restaurant Seaside Grill was same every lunch and night a bit dull for two weeks. The buffet was good but very busy - lots of children.

Best service at the resort

We enjoyed our time at the interlude bar with Maximilliano, Mr.robert, mr.oneil and Alexandro and Miss. yudeter they were the best with our service - they went above and beyond our whole time we were there! We can’t not wait to come back and see them all!! We loved them all!!! 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

Beautiful place with beautiful people!

This was such a beautiful resort. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating! There was great energy all around and the employees really seem to care about making sure everyone is enjoying themselves.
There were lots of events for those who want to participate and lots of nice quiet places for those who want to relax!

A special thank you to the beautiful Noelly who noticed I was not feeling well and she helped me feel so much better! She was so sweet and generous and changed my entire time here and made it so much more enjoyable! I would not have had such a great time if I never met her and I will remember her forever!!💓 she even gave me a souvenir which I will keep close to me forever.

Miguel, the henna tattoo artist -who is also an AMAZING painter- also changed our time here and our lives forever! we are so lucky to have met him and for him to share his life stories with us. He is such a generous and kind person.

The employees at the bars/ events were very fun and treated us very well! Special thank you to Drizlin, Gerson, Robert, Mr. Wonderful, and many more! We made friends we hope to keep in touch with long term!

Very lovely overall and our family would love to come back!! ♥️

Room tip: The pool bar at the main bar during “happy hour” is usually run by Gerson. I definitely recommend going in the afternoon to see him!
