My fiance and I booked a 5 day/4 night stay at Dreams Royal Beach for a much needed vacation and this resort did not disappoint! We've been to 1 other all inclusive in Mexico and in our opinion, Dreams Royal Beach surpassed the resort we went to in Mexico. The biggest standout was the staff! From the moment we walked on the property everyone was very polite, service oriented and made sure you were comfortable and had everything you needed. The entertainment team was so fun and really made the activities an enjoyable experience. We did most with Junior and Dark Chocolate but everyone was amazing! Main pool area with the swim up bar was great and never was crowded which was very nice. There is another infinity pool towards the front of the resort, also connected to a bar and is a little quieter if you need a break from the main action. We spent most of the time on the beach which had plenty of seating and a big beach. Water was amazing, no seaweed and very clear water. Food was average, not horrible but nothing spectacular either. We had 1 problem with the toilet in our room but we informed the staff in the morning and by the time we got back in the late afternoon it was cleaned up and fixed. Overall I would 100% recommend this resort!

The hotel staff and entertainers were so helpful and friendly. Roberto, our assigbed butler was available on whatsap anytime we needed him. He booked our massages, made our dinner reservations, and made sure we knew when entertainment started. Chanel was so positive and an amazing dancer. Negrete and Black Panther and Sexy Jr were always dancing and engaging around the pool and the beach.

The evening shows had some amazing acts that rivaled any cirque de Soleil show I have seen. The facilities and beach are amazing and very accommodating during covid. I can only imagine how great this place is outside of a pandemic. I would highly recommend Dreams for any couple, friends, or family vacation.

My mother and I took a 5 day trip to Punta Cana and it was the best trip of our lives. From the moment we got off our airport transport, we were blown away by the hospitality of the staff at Dreams Royal. In particular, Angel and Sally were incredibly accommodating throughout our entire stay.

We arrived before our check in time, so we were shown to changing rooms so we could enjoy the pool and beach while we waited for our room.

The Amstar representative in the lobby was very helpful and it was a painless process to book an excursion.

We participated in the Amresorts sales presentation and it did not disappoint. We ended up signing up for a package and we were immediately upgrade to Preferred status. That meant access to the infinity pool and beautiful lazy river, poolside and beachside lounging beds, and exclusive restaurant and bar access.

My favorite part of preferred access was our butler, Eduardo. He was always available to offer advice. He was able to order a specialty electrolyte drink for me, since I am on medication that makes me sensitive to heat stroke.

I had an INCREDIBLE experience at the spa. I had a voucher from participating in the sales presentation, but I would have paid the full price for my 80 minute hot stone massage. They had an in room shower where I could wash off the massage oil. The entire experience was incredibly luxurious.

The food was incredible. The steakhouse and Asian fusion restaurant were my favorites. The desserts at the buffet were to die for. My mom and I kept going back for the fresh tropical fruit. Our favorite beverage was non-alcoholic passion fruit cocktail. The best coffee at the resort was at the cafe - I swear they used the same espresso machine I have seen in Italy.

There was security at every entrance - I felt very safe roaming alone at night in the resort.

I really enjoyed the live music - I convince the signer to play some Spanish favorites.

All in all, it was an incredible experience. I’ve already planned my next trip to Amresorts - Secrets Rivera Maya in June.
