Absolutely fantastic holiday. We loved it so so much, that we decided to extend the holiday for 1 extra week.
Where can I start?
1) The service was EXCELLENTE!!! As Preferred guests we had our own butler, ROBERTO and EDUARDO who were extremely efficient and proactive with our needs.! JEAN CARLO, who took care of our friends and was also awesome.
2) The management team was very involved and made our experience just incredible. VYTHALIS, DANIEL, RAQUEL, were incredibly helpful when my wife had an emergency and taken to HOSPITEN which was really good.
3) The Beach is simply spectacular. I love walking and did my daily beach walk 2 to 3 times a day. As Preferred guest we had access to the OASIS beach hut which was unbeatable. We were taken care by SANTO, who was awesome. ALEXANDER and JUAN covered in his absence and were also fantastic. The pool was also great. My kids loved it.
4) The food was fantastic. We loved all the restaurants at Dreams. FRANCISCO, the head of the food was very involved. The cooks were really awesome and made special cooking arrangements for my wife, who was recovering. The kids absolutely loved the stakes, burgers, and Buffett. Amazing service by our regular waiters, with TOMAS, ISMAEL, RICARDO, amongst many other great staff.
5) I am a keen tennis player and enjoyed my daily game with FRANCIS and JONATHAN, who are very nice players and were also very good with the kids.
6) The special activities were really good. We loved SCAPE PARK organized vía REYSON at Amstad. Absolute must. We also really enjoyed the DOLPHINS which we did for our children’s birthday
7) Special mention to the MAGICIAN JUAN, who was simply mind blowing and made our dinner at the Grill qnd Beach ever so special.
8) We also enjoyed the EVENING shows. The Madonna show was awesome. Really impressive singer, live band and dancers!
9) The baggage boys were super helpful and drove us around in the golf bogeys as needed.
10) The hotel was a LOCAL CLINIC within the facilities, which was really helpful and helped a swift response to my wife’s emergency.
11) The rooms and bathrooms were large and very nice. The cleaning ladies kept the rooms always perfect. We loved the Jacuzzi in the terrace, which was fun family activity prior to dinner.
Overall abs incredibly happy family holiday, I can confidently say that WE WILL BE BACK!!!

My husband and I stayed at Dreams Royal Beach from 4/3-4/10 and had the most wonderful experience and time! From the time we arrived to the time we left we were treated like a king and queen! We were Preferred and let tell you, you get everything! Our butler Eduardo was FANTASTIC, KIND ALL OF THE ABOVE! He seriously had the best Customer Service! If you are planning a visit, make sure you request him! Jeffrey was the waiter at the pool and never ever forgot what you drank! He had drinks ready right when we got our pool side chairs! Entertainment Team...Junior, Dark Chocolate and Negrete always had us laughing and doing something. We had a GORGEOUS room literally on the beach...10 steps from the beach, 20 steps from the pool, short walk to the bar etc! This room was like an apartment but without a kitchen! Do not hesitate to come here! This resort is super clean, they take the Covid precautions very seriously. We always felt safe no matter where we went on the resort because it was super clean. We will be back!
